No communication with clients or employees, I was told 3 different shift times before going into the job to find out the actual work hours. I was told holidays were paid after working 30 days at the company, that was a lie and I was told hire in date would be 3 months (90 days), they changed it to 520 hours, I had to wait 3 extra weeks to be hired in. I will NEVER go through Imko EVER again.

IMKO got me a job really fast but the job was short lived 3.5 days before we were sent home because of material shortage. Not IMKO's fault, but the problem is no one has contacted me until I called again today and there response was well we sent a text to everyone last night. I never received a text. There not trying to put me on a new assignment and are just being very unprofessional with me and this situation. I will never use imko again or refer someone to them.

Worst agency I've ever dealt with. If I could give -5 stars I would. I literally been waiting over two months for a response and had two friends apply recently and both get jobs the next day while I kept waiting. Dorian took over my application process and it all went down hill from there. I've called numerous times and it's nothing but a dead end. if you go avoid Dorian or look for something for yourself. WORST AGENCY TO DATE!

I actually had no problems with IMKO so far. I called begging of December which I know is usually slow due to holidays. I planned to call after the new year was done and got a call the day after Christmas for a job, did my interview that day and started work the next. Doreen was actually really cool, and had patience with me for my drug test.(i dropped the test in the toilet and she waited 25+ minutes while i drank water to piss again). I even went to smoke a cigarette while waiting to hopefully pee again. Also, my checks have been easy to pickup, cash, and been correct on pay.

Horrible agency I only went to them for an in between job as i waited for a decision on another job for later this month. Was scheduled for a tour for a job and couldnt make it due to my fiancee being put into the hospital from a car wreck. Was told they wouldnt work with me due to not giving prior notice. Like im supposed to give prior notice on a car wreck.
And with everything involved im pretty sure i forgot some where along the way. They have my number and could have called an left a voicemail or even called to begin with to find out if everything was ok or to get some answers. I get it, a lot of people go though these places but if a company actually cares youll get a call and not an email. Horrible place to even look, your better off on your own. Wouldnt waste your time with IMKO
