Workforce Partnership is committed to building a workforce development system that meets the needs of both job seekers and employers throughout the Kansas City area. We operate a network of career centers in Johnson, Leavenworth, and Wyandotte counties offering professional expertise and funding resources to employers and eligible job seekers.

Events are a great way to find businesses that are looking to hire and qualified workers looking for a job. Workforce Partnership is a community resource used by job seekers, employers, economic development entities and chamber organizations.
Services
Workforce Partnership provides many services to individuals seeking new or better employment, regardless of residency or income. All job seekers may utilize our Workforce Centers to obtain information on high-demand jobs in the area, learn about upcoming hiring events and job fairs, receive resume and job search assistance, attend a workshop or orientation and receive basic assessments.
The resume is the first impression. It highlights your strengths and accomplishments. It may unknowingly highlight your weakness. A resume full of spelling errors will quickly override a skill highlighting attention to detail. Writing a good resume takes time. Writing a great resume for your target job takes a team, and we are here to assist.
Young Adult Services is a NO COST program of Workforce Partnership for eligible young adults ages 16-24 seeking to gain work experience, enter the job market and plan for or launch a career. Don't know where to start and need a little guidance from someone who knows the workforce landscape?. You are 18-24 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and NOT attending school.
In YouthBuild programs, low-income young people receive education, job skills, personal development opportunities, leadership skills, and a chance to focus their lives in a positive direction. The Youthbuild program provides wrap-around services that support a young person's growth and development into an active community leader.

Simone was awesome. She went over all paperwork, told us about all programs, and was very patient with our questions.

Why do they have a front desk if they are no help? They never answer their phones.
