Used them 2 times, both times, knew what they were doing, did a great job, and didn't try to make buy things or try to add things at the end to the bill. Would recommend this company in the dublin/hilliard area.

Hired them to install a new and maybe larger bathroom fan. I was noticing a lot of mildew build up on the ceiling so I felt I was having an issue with fan. Gentleman came in but talked me out of getting a new fan and that the one I had was working. He went to our attic to check connection and informed me of mold on roof (which is outside of their work and I'm ok with that).

But he did say there might be an issue with roof which might be what's cause the issue in my bath. So I'll need a roofer to check. Since I had him here I wanted him to give me a quote on replacing carpet with flooring in our patio enclosure. The space is about 120 square feet. Not a huge space. Sent me a quote for $1500. Yikes. But not only that I got charged $75 for the visit and really outside of looking in the attic, next to no work was really done.

Not sure why that required $75. I already found someone with good reviews on Google who said they can do my flooring project for $200. But damn.$1500 for 120sq ft and getting charged $75 for really what amounted to is an observation of what should be done? Very disappointed.

A good and honest business! One of my coworkers recommended this business as they had done some work at her place putting up a fence. She was extremely pleased with the results. Customer care and quality work in this industry is hard to come by as my husband is a commercial property manager and struggles constantly with finding vendors who keep their word, show up and do a great job.

These guys deliver on every aspect of the job. Love the confirmations that are sent when setting an appointment and getting a quote. Give them a try you wont be disappointed! They are transparent and dependable. Love supporting a local business that is family run.

We hired Mr. Handyman of West Columbus to repair some drywalls and paint the repaired areas. Their office is great at scheduling and communication. Our technician Mike did an amazing job with the repair and painting. He is professional, courteous and on time with our appointments. We had a great experience using them and would like to recommend them to others who need home repair services.

Critical: Value Two guys arrived to replace ceiling fan in 18 ft great room. They discovered the ceiling fan I bought had a burned out motor and removed old ceiling fan. I was charged $473 for this, even though it was not my fault I was shipped a damaged ceiling fan.

Sean installed our new hanging bed on our screened in porch. He had to go into the attic and add extra bracing. He was great to work with, and the swing is installed perfectly. Highly recommended!

Mr. Handyman of West Columbus sent Sean Turner to clean a clogged downspout and gutter attached to my patio canopy. Sean did an outstanding job. He is very professional, a great communicator, efficient and personable. The prices are a bit high for a retiree but very worth it when Sean does the job. He arrived on time and went right to work after explaining how he intended to proceed.

He kept me informed as he performed each step of the process. Will definitely call again when I need further services. I highly recommend Mr. Handyman of West Columbus and, especially, Sean Turner to anyone.

We experienced some damage to the wall and ceiling above fireplace due to a chimney leak and wanted the wall and ceiling above repaired. We were quoted a price (which later was increased? no biggie) and a tech came out and began demo on the wall which he found was still wet so the project could not be completed at that time. We were told to reschedule the work after the chimney repair and the area was dry.

After having the chimney repaired we called to reschedule the work and were given a new date to complete the project. Prior to the new repair date we were called and told the initial tech was no longer with the company so they could not repair it. $700 later and we are stuck this eyesore.

Soffit covers and their track fell from the 2nd story of my house. Mike arrived early, was nice and got the job done efficiently in around 30 minutes for a fair price, much lower than other offers. I'll be using Mr. Handyman of West Columbus and asking for Mike if I have need of a handyman again.

Price for install on toilet and faucet for kitchen 428.00. Notified us at 9:42 they had a cancellation arrived at 12:30 done at 3 Fixtures look fine. Left small particles of debris. I was responsible to get rid of toilet or that is xtra 65.00. Fyi Services: Install toilet, Install faucet

Used them to repair some damage to the outside of my house. It was a little costly because they needed two guys for a few hours of work but Mike and Tom did a great job. I'm very happy with how it turned out. Service: General repairs

I used this company to fix some rotten wood trim and a gutter problem on my house. The handyman that fixed the items was professional and did a very good job. Finally getting a worker on site was the only hang up and reason for 4 instead of 5 stars. Rain (not their fault) and worker availability pushed rescheduled appointments out over 2 months from when I first contacted them - but I know 2021 is a recovery year for many businesses trying to get back running smoothly so that is most likely an exception.

Darrel was awesome! Super knowledgeable and helped work through the inevitable issues that come up when working through repairs. He went out of his way to help me work through the solutions. He really went the extra mile and the finished work is perfect. In addition the final cost was below estimate and early.what more can you ask for!?!?
