Caring, Compassionate, Logical, Friendly, Great Communication and very Knowledgeable, is how I describe my recruiting assistant, Laura Jian! Laura was my angel sent! From the first time we spoke she was always polite! During the process of starting my new position, WHICH I LOVE SO MUCH! Laura kept close contact with updating me with new information.

I love the fact that after I started my position she still makes herself available if I have any questions or concerns. A-Line Staffing has made my transition, back to the work life a breeze and I'm so grateful!

I am a newbie to travel nursing and was a little unsure how this all worked Oliva Smerdon has walked me thru every step, even contacting housing to get me discounted rates. She has answered every question I've had, immediately. I have no fears of starting this new adventure because I feel I have her to be there each step. I feel very certain I chose the perfect staffing agency to start this new journey.

I would just like to say that I'm currently on an assignment with them for Centene Corporation and these people go above and beyond for their employees. I'm under a lot of stress currently when it comes to finding a new place, school, ect. I'd like to personally thank Jessica Stevenson in HR and Verlin Miller who is a Recruiter Manager. These two have went above and beyond and outside the scope of their job to assist me. Also, they don't get upset when they are asked questions like some people I've ran into. Thank you so much! I hope that God continues to bless you all.

I have been with Aline for over a year and a half now & am so impressed with them. Everyone is courteous, prompt, and professional. David Lichocki has been especially helpful and goes above & beyond.

Absolutely the worst experience I had from a staffing company! The company doesn't follow it's own procedures. My recruiter Kylie Lekich was such a poor communicator. I received a preadverse letter the week before I was to start my position. I called her with no response, then texted her where she bumped me off to HR Kyle Siemens. I asked the HR rep what my status was with the position.

Mr Siemens states I am not hired. HR and Kylie provided me NO follow up! No phone call, no Adverse action letter which is suppose to be done if one is not hired. I DEFINITELY would NOT recommend Kylie or this amateur agency to anyone!

I received a phone call from Kylie today. She said she was with A line staffing and looking for someone to fill a Pediatric Case Manager position. She told me about the position and I explained that I was not interested in a case manager position and explained the type of positions I was interested in. I was hoping that she would try to assist me in finding a position I was interested in and that was not the case. After I told her the positions I was interested in, she said ok thanks and hung up! How unprofessional! I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I cannot say enough good things about A-Line Staffing. Anxhela has been amazing to work with! She is extremely knowledgeable, and helpful. She does an outstanding job making sure all my questions were answered and explain the processes to me. She went above and beyond to make sure she found a great assignment for me. I absolutely love my assignment and I am so thankful for A-Line Staffing and Anxhela!

Great company to work for! David Lichocki my account manager is always a phone call or an email away for any questions and/or concerns. This has been one of the best assignments I have work for in years. As a Nurse Practitioner I am always grateful for a company that understand our work. Professionalism and respect are very important to me as an employee. In the time working for A-Line Staffing never had any issues, always responsive, pay is always on time. Highly recomended!

I'm a Family Nurse Practitioner and I've received OUTSTANDING treatment as an Aline Staffing employee for over a year now. David Lichocki is the best account manager I've EVER worked with. He always responds to me immediately, always answers my questions, and takes my concerns/requests seriously. He's gotten me everything I've requested thus far, and he's such a pleasure to work with.

It really makes a difference having an account manager that cares, is easy to reach, and advocates for you. I've referred friends to him for job placements because I trust that he will give them the best offer out there. He's honest and is a person of integrity, which means a lot to me. I can't say enough nice things about David. He's even helped me get approved for a mortgage while working for A-line Staffing (as most know, lenders don't like it when people are employed by staffing agencies). I definitely recommend him if you're looking for a qualified, hard working, easy to reach account manager to help you land employment.

If you could give this company zero stars I would, shady practices. Terrible values and customer service. Look elsewhere for employment. May this be your warning before wasting your time committing to them

I've applied to a number of positions with A-line. I did receive one phone interview and it went well. Unfortunately the hours were not going to work with my schedule. I did find another job posting and applied to the head hunter who posted it. I was very rudely told that I applied with another head hunter and basically was not even going to be looked at because I was "working" with the other head hunter.

Since then I have found numerous job postings that would work with my extensive nursing knowledge and have not even heard a peep from any of the head hunters not even the one I am supposedly "working"with. Its unfortunately for them, because I would make a great addition to any of the postings. The rudeness is completely uncalled for and extremely unprofessional. I have pasted along my experience on social media as well as many of my nursing organizations.

I've worked internally for A-Line Staffing Solutions for almost 2 years and I feel blessed to have learned so much from each individual staff member. I am excited and honored to say that this was my first career after college and I wouldn't take this experience back for anything. The management team encourages new ideas from the staff and even asks us for our own opinion before moving forward with a new process.

The owners come in every morning filled with excitement to start a new day and constantly motivate the team to be the best we can be - and it works! The way each Recruiter ensures that their employee is taken care of is truly amazing. A-Line Staffing Solutions is continuously growing and I would recommend their services to anyone who is in need of a new position or is looking for a new staffing partner to help fill positions at their own company! 5 stars without a doubt!
