We have been using BBT Services for 10 years now and they make every event run smoothly. They are professional, reliable, trustworthy, friendly and put everyone at ease. Andrew is a great captain and if you're lucky you can get Ken to the the bartender however they're all good. We just had a large Christmas party with over 100 guests and there were never dirty glasses/plates/napkins lying around.

The staff was constantly cleaning up and keeping everyone's drinks full. They run an excellent coat check as well. When planning events, when you have this company you will always be confident that it will turn out great.

Dont waste your time. 3/4 of the staff is useless and lazy. The "supervisor" didnt even show up. Had employees walking out at peak hours and smoking out front instead of serving our customers. The bartender they sent had no idea what he was doing. We had to have someone help him bartend. Waste of time and money. Definitely going somewhere else next time. Extremely unprofessional. Tried to get ahold of the owner or manager and they never returned my calls instead they texted me being extremely rude.
