I was a public accountant looking for one of those "fantastic" opportunities in private accounting. Over the years, I have been a candidate and a client. As the managing partner of a CPA firm, I have referred RAA to many of my clients who were searching and found talented accounting and finance candidates through RAA.

After completing my Associates degree, I was unemployed and eager to start working. It was a Thursday in January when I submitted my resume to a few job opening posts. Less than 3 hours later I had already received a response. By the end of the conversation, they had already set up an interview with an employer that Saturday, and began working on Monday.
When the pandemic hit our state of NJ hard. I was out of work again for a couple of weeks. Raymond Alexander reached out to me again and notified me of my benefits and payments I was allowed to receive. This all happened without me even asking for their help. They went out of their way, working from home, to make sure I did not struggle. That was huge for me.
A couple of weeks later after being unemployed, they reached out to that same employer whom I was working for before the pandemic. They asked the employer if they would like to have me back; they responded yes. In short, thanks to Raymond Alexander, I have now been with this company since January, I have been hired permanently by my employer, given a raise, and they see a future in me. For this I am so grateful and I thank Raymond Alexander Associates, who definitely 1000% exceeded my expectations. Best people ever.
