Worked with Recuriter Danielle Tocco to help find me a job. Interviewed with Iconics for 1 day via phone call and got accepted the same day. I was under contract for about 3 months. What a mess this agency is! I applied there eight years ago and was interviewed but they were never able to find a job for me. Last year, out of the blue, they called me (after eight years!) to see if I was available for work. I was interested in a new job so I accepted an offer to interview. I drove 45 minutes to find out that the person I was supposed to meet with was unavailable so she had an assistant meet with me.

Poor girl had no idea what she was doing! Again, never heard from them until a couple of weeks ago. Like many, I have been unemployed due to the pandemic. A couple of weeks ago, I received a text with a work-from-home job opportunity. I immediately thought it was a scam but I noticed the number was for Alpha Group. I called and spoke with Jessica who assured me it wasn't a scam.

She told me about the position and it was such a perfect job for me. She told me that I would be doing a Zoom training on Friday (we spoke on a Wednesday). I asked about the interviews and she said that it was not an interview, it was a training. So that sounded like a done deal to me. She said she would call me the next day with more information but she didn't.

I called but no one answered. I left a message for Jessica. It's been a couple of weeks and she never called me. I'm really disappointed in this organization's lack of respect and professionalism. It's sad that they're in business while educated and professional people like myself are not.
