When choosing our company name back in 1990, we were a little naive as to the significance of the word "Network". We did not have online job boards, social media or even internet as we know it today! Our Network was built by making and returning phone calls, relationship building, and developing a reputation of honesty, integrity and flexibility.
The Retail Network is committed to providing the highest level of service to our clients and candidates. Our consultative approach to recruitment is never pushy or forced, rather it focuses on trust, integrity, communication and relationship building. Designed to fulfill both individual search assignments and ongoing openings, full payment is not required unless the position is filled. Our motivation is to find you the perfect candidate and maintain a long-term relationship. Placement cost is a percentage of the first year's salary and payment is required within 30 days of the start.

Temporary/Contract employees provide employers with the flexibility to easily adjust to changes in the workload by adding support as needed without having to add full-time salaries or make layoffs.
