Having spent the past 20 years in the Technical Recruiting industry, I started my own business in 2006 with one purpose in mind: To be the best at matching exceptional IT talent with outstanding organizations. And to have fun doing it! I have achieved that goal and so much more thanks to my loyal network and the team I have assembled who live by my same philosophy.
It is hard to believe my career in recruiting started in 2001 and so many people I knew when I started in the industry are still some of my greatest contacts today. These relationships I have made over the years are what is most important to me and what I love most about what I do. Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to have worked for different recruiting firms specializing in executive search, research and intelligence, and IT staffing, recruiting individuals at all levels and across industries such as IT, healthcare, accounting/finance, retail, engineering, banking and manufacturing.
The old saying "you shouldn't mix business with family" never rang true for me. My entire life my family has been involved in each other's careers and businesses at some level, even if only through casual conversations over pasta at Sunday dinners. That's how these Italian's roll. Growing up in a family full of go-getters and entrepreneurs, I was always shown the drive it takes to be successful and happy in your profession.
