Our caregivers are very carefully selected through a personal interview, a drug screen, and a thorough background check. The background check includes work related references, and criminal history checks through the PA State Police or FBI in out of state applicant. You can rest comfortably knowing that care is being provided by a caregiver who is well-qualified and fully insured.

Completed employment application - Applications can be completed on-line or by appointment in our office. Personal Interview - The interview focuses on job qualifications, work history, scheduling preferences, and type of assignments desired. References - Each applicant is required to submit three work related references and/or letters of recommendation.

Improves Quality of Life by having trained caregivers provide the necessary care in the client's own environment. Encourages a Healthy Attitude and boosts morale by encouraging and enabling clients to reach their highest levels of physical, mental and emotional potential. Clients are also encouraged to be their decision maker about the activities of daily living.

Work with the client, the family and the physician to develop a plan of care to meet your needs. We are on call 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, giving support and answering questions for clients and caregivers. Visit each client every 60 days at a minimum providing employee supervision and early intervention on solving problems.

Elite Staffing Services does not require employees to work weekends, but we do have weekend work available. Employees are not required to work a minimum number of hours per week or month. However, employees must let us know their availability each month. If an employee does not work for a month or more with no contact with Elite Staffing Services, the employee may be considered permanently unavailable for assignment. However to qualify for certain benefits requires a minimum number of hours. Yes, we work with your schedule and your availability.
