Terrible service from Career Strategies. Lacks professionalism and employees have work issues which negatively affects their customers. Avoid this place and take your business somewhere else. Eventually the market will decide if they stay in business!

Reached out to Career Strategies in August of this year hoping I'd receive help. I spoke briefly with one or two people and never heard from them again. Really disappointed because I reached out multiple times and clearly needed the help. The lack of response is terrible and should be addressed.

Terrible recruiting. I was paired with Sydney Wilder whose methods were very inefficient and brought undue stress to my job search. Not only was she extremely unprofessional, she sent harassing texts after I no longer needed assistance from career strategies. Horrible service, horrible work ethic and horrendous etiquette. Management please consider corrective counseling to improve her recruiting methods. I've worked with temp staffing agencies before and never had an encounter as much of a hassle as with Sydney Wilder. Recruiting methods like that really merit ZERO STARS, giving one is extremely lenient.

I am so grateful to Thomas Daniel! He has helped me a great deal during the pandemic and helping me get my foot in the door at multiple medical facilities. He had such a great team that helped me get to where I am today. As I start my new career at Kaiser I will not forget everything this place/team has done for me. I will always keep career strategies in my contacts.

Being with this company has been a great experience. I wanted to thank Ms. Emily Anderson so much! I wanted to thank her giving me a chance, for all of her support, and for her belief in me. She gave me such a huge opportunity. She has done so much and I cannot thank her enough! She goes above and beyond to help. I also wanted to thank me. Thomas Daniel as well! They have worked tirelessly to help me in all the ways possible.

I'm leaving off one star because I feel the communication was lacking between the agency and I. But, overall I had a positive experience. My rep was Michelle. I will say after months of being unemployed due to covid after sending them my resume and interviewing with them within a few days after receiving my resume. They immediately started sending me assignments the same week I had my FaceTime interview.

I appreciate them being on it so quickly and trying to get me placed immediately. I signed up with them last September and the first 3 weeks were kind of frustrating because they kept finding me jobs that were too far and the pay was too low. This happened time and time again the first few weeks after I already told them what I will and won't take.

Finally within the first week of October they placed me at the job I'm currently at now. I just officially got hired today as a leasing agent with the company career Strategies placed me with. So for that I'm grateful! I interviewed at my current job the first week of January. I was already told after the 1st week that I'm hired but they're waiting for the VP of Career Strategies to get back with them.

It took Ed almost 4 full weeks to get back to my agency which kept pushing my start date back. I had to continually contact the agency and ask what was taking Ed so long to get back to HR for the company I'm currently hired at. And the response was always "I'm not sure what's going on, but I'll get back to you." Yet, no one would ever get back to me for a whole month.

I had to always reach out to them. Even on my last day as a temp I didn't receive a call or email or anything. I have before with other agencies I've worked with, but I guess this one operates a bit differently lol. Again, I'm grateful for them placing me at a job within 30 days of applying with them. I just wish they were better with communication.

I connected with Patti in the beginning of this month, and was given a great offer which I gladly accepted within two weeks! I'd like to thank her for her hard work and constant follow up, not to mention all the helpful tips and details in terms of acing Zoom/in-person interviews as well as submitting a resignation letter. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone who's looking for a new job, especially when it is so hard to find one due to Covid-19.

My recruiter Jackie was really on top of finding me a job and placement in a company that was in line with my field of work. She followed up with me often and never gave up. COVID is a hard to to find work anyplace! But, I think this company did a great job of placing me in a temp position! Thank you so much Jackie for being awesome at what you do!

What an amazing Agency! I lost my job at the end of April, due to Covid-19. I have been applying to MANY jobs and it wasn't too long ago, that applied through Career Strategies. In less than a week Jackie Smith was able to placed me in a full time job, in my related feel. I'm blown away by the speedy and professional results. I interviewed for an AR Position close to home, and two days later Jackie was already setting me up to interview with the actual client.

One of the best places I have worked for as a temporary hire for an agency. I always feel secure that career strategies is right there for me! Not only did they get me a great position with the company i wanted. I know that if I ever decide to change career goals that career strategies will be right there to help me reach it. :

Don't waste your time if you have more than 15 years of office/excel/programming experience and your typing speed is 75 wpm or greater. You are not CSI's type of employee. In fact, they (or is it a bot?) will request your resume, and Jackie Smith will not call you back. Ever.

Jackie Smith and the staff at Career Strategies was very helpful and extremely professional with connecting me to some high quality employers after I relocated from the East Coast for some fantastic, temporary assignments. Joann Cicconi, is one of the best recruiters in the Los Angeles area. She knows the market incredibly well and will go over and beyond for any candidate or client. She is personable, respectful and resourceful. She took a chance on me and taught me everything I know and more in recruiting.

Joann Cicconi is one of the best recruiters I've ever dealt with in my career. She found me a chief human resources officer position, and while the law firm in Century City did not turn out to be a fit, I'm still very pleased with her work. She is straightforward, to the point, will share information, is proactive in her communications with you, and is just an all-around good person.

I plan to use her once I finally land in a senior HR role. I have recommended her to a few colleagues. Those of us in the human resources field know how difficult it is to find good recruiters that have integrity. Joann is definitely among them.

Career Strategies just called my place of employment to recruit me. Thank you for putting my job in jeopardy. When I called and spoke to the manager Sara/Sarah, she said that the employee did nothing wrong, it is apart of their policy to do so. In all of my years dealing with recruitment, I have NEVER had this experience. If a recruiter was interested in me, they would email me first or call my cell phone, NOT my place of employment. I will be filing another complaint soon with someone higher up. Thank you
