I have no words to express how good I feel to be a part of the greatest team of staffing agency's, TA Staffing, this place has not only the best work environment but as employees we are like a family, always looking after each other. Not to mention Jeff as the greatest BOSS of the world. I had never been able to feel this good in a work place like I do now, if you want a career for life this is the place you want to become a part of.

I could not be more pleased with my experience at TA Staffing. The employees treat you with dignity and respect as well as are always willing to lend a hand. I would highly recommend using TA Staffing if you are a client or candidate in the Middle TN Market!

TA staffing helped me when I really needed a job!, I was moving to another state and left my full time job a month earlier than planned due to certain issues. Lyndsey helped me find a job that worked with my hours available and pay to maintain all my bills.

They claim they have jobs. The job I went in and applied for was a sorting job, (don't want to name client because it's not their fault the agency is incompetent) at the Mt Juliet office. They keep advertising they need people. I have 20 yrs experience in warehousing. Told me call back at 2pm that same day, called and told me to call back the next day.

I did. She had no info on the job. FIVE times I was told to call back. This is in a matter of two weeks. And now we are on the third week and still no info. Y'alls loss, not mine. EXACTLY why i haven't went thru a crooked temp service for yrs. Why take apps for a job you have ZERO clue about? A reputable company would at least wait to take apps so they can explain the job you would be doing. But, as with most temp companies, they just want a pool of apps so they can tell their customer "yeah we have this many apps".

Those that take initiative will be able to find solid work on their own. More jobs than people who want to work and more companies hiring straight through the door, including some of TAs clients. Don't waste your time on this company.

Worst experience with a temp agency ever! I went on a job assignment and was sent home bc they hired too many people. The ones sent home were promised a 2 hr check and everyone received their check but me. When i asked about it she said i didnt clock in and refused to pay. I would think a 2 hr check would be worth their reputation.

TA Staffing is the best temp agency I have ever dealt with. Everyone in the office is extremely helpful. My experience has been nothing but positive.

Hi my name is Kathleen. I worked for TA staffing for a day. I did not stay long the work environment was very uncomfortable. So they decided they would not pay me for that and I'm being told now I have to wait 48 hours for and approval. They lady that answered had a very nasty attitude and did not help at all. Her excuse Is she can only send one email a day.

I told her I was going to call not labor laws and she told me it's not against the law and do what I had to do pretty much. She was mad because I wanted to get payed. If I was you I would stay away from TA Staffing in smyrna tn.

Called to ask a simple question, a lady answered the phone, she was very rude with me and didn't help me at all. I've been in person before and that experience was decent. I didn't expect that phone call to turn out to be such a horrible experience compared to being in person. Wish I could of caught her name but she hung up on me before I could even ask. I definitely don't recommend getting a job through TA Staffing if they can't even be polite over the phone.
