This happened a few years ago but I though I would share my experience. I applied for their boot camp where they train you then find you a job where you have to work for an agreed amount of time. They want you to relocate after you finish the boot camp. I talked to the lady for a month or two and made clear numerous time I could not relocate. She told me numerous times that it was fine, that it would just take longer to find me a job after I finished.
Well after writing a java program and getting chosen to do the boot camp I put in my two weeks at my current job. After letting them know I was ready to start they then ask where my relocation form is at (same person I had been talking to all this time). I remind her that I was not relocating and I would just wait for a job in Memphis area. She then tells me that their policy has changed and I couldn't do that.
What a horrible way to do business. She talked to her manager and pretty much told me I'd have to relocate (for only 30,000 a year) or they couldn't take me. What a waste of time. I wouldn't recommend this joke of a company to any one.
