I've worked for ITS for over 10 years and have enjoyed tremendous support, great benefits, great pay and supportive management and ownership. The variety of settings offered appealed to me, as I'd gotten a bit tired of working for years in the same building so being able to work in multiple buildings and setting within a given week, month or year was very important to my continuing enjoyment of being a PTA. If you want a rewarding job then ITS may be for you.
