Good place to get free salary they hire call center people and employees who dont have job or college students for US IT recruitment but which is only US Recruitment for truck drivers, front office employees and some nonsense roles. The VP of the company is the VP with great standards where he knows only how to make business but not grow the company.

Imagine where on earth is called a 11 years old company a startup? If you are job less and want some free money its a good place but people who want to learn something its not a good place. And the HR and the deliver manager are has the different scenario in understanding something about Recruitment. I gave 5 points because they didnt give me any experience certificate after internship and still i love the company because they gave me free salary for 4 months which is a great things for them to donate money.

The work culture is something I should mention, very supportive and fun environment. The management team is incredible and the coworkers you work with are always highly motivated and inspiring.

Very friendly environment in office with colleagues, Work is light. Less pressure, management is good, best team support. Good management and I received lot of opportunities to learn new things.

I had worked as a software developer for 3.5 years with Pragna and i am quite happy being part of the company. A good place to work and suitable office environment. I have nothing negative to talk about except lack of Cafeteria for staff. Other then that its a great place to work.
