At Mega Force, we believe in treating our people very well. That's why we offer benefits to our temporary employees that you won't find with most other staffing firms. Earn a bonus per year if you work at least 1,850 hours for Mega Force without a break in employment. Refer a friend to Mega Force and you'll be eligible for a bonus after he or she works 80 hours. Step 1: Fill out our online application or complete an application at one of our branch locations. We'll check out your background, verify your information, and then try to match your skills with our open positions. If you qualify for a position with one of our clients, we'll conduct the appropriate safety and training orientation and send you along on your assignment.
Job availability changes on a daily basis. Once our application process is complete, you will be considered based on your preferences and your skills, and will be offered appropriate positions. You will need to come into our office and fill out an application. You will be asked to provide complete work history information as well as asked preference of shift, type of work and preference of location.

I would like to say my family member was offer a position making an substantial amount of money, and was scheduled an orientation to come in to fill out paperwork. Somewhere something happened and he was not notified that his position was no longer available for him and that someone else would work the position, neither was he notified via phone call he actually called and spoke to a Sasha who then offered him a lower paid position and no explanation on what changed their mind.
Well we believe that after Sasha was made a where that he was transgender is why this company is discriminating against him. Despite his credentials, experience, and qualifications! People like this should not be qualified to work in a place where they are judgemental it's not right or fair!

Just go somewhere else. The negative reviews aint wrong. Not there aint some good with the people there but not worth it unless you're stuck and cant find work otherwise. Bonus are not real bonus. Paid weekly a bonus? Retention bonus is a joke. Have to provide a urine sample for a bonus? Get paid less than your peers on the onsite job with no vacation pay, sick leave, etc. Healthcare? Uh that just ACA and that been force on companies to provide, Not really a bonus if employers are forced too, eh?

There is so much I can say about Megaforce Staffing. First, I would like to give a shout-out to S. Jones for finding me a career. I had the pleasure of meeting some really important people by working at the courthouse for Cumberland County's County Manager and working at Fayetteville Technical Community College. I am very disappointed in Mega Force. I have been calling repetitively to check on my hiring process and always get told I will get a call back when something opens and never get any call backs. I feel the lady at the front desk is extremely nonchalant towards assisting eligible candidates get an interview.

My experience was great, I filled out an application on a Thursday and by that following Monday I got a job. Good agency, simple, fast, and easy! I appreciate you guys for all the help. People need to quit complaining, a job is a job, and after all we are the ones who are going to them to help us achieve employment. A job is better than none at all!
