StaffRight Services, LLC was established in 1997 with the sole purpose of providing affordable temporary and temporary-to-hire solutions for businesses in Columbiana County. Our focus was to satisfy our client companies' staffing needs by identifying qualified and dependable employees for labor, manufacturing and warehouse positions.
At Staff Right, we take time to learn about each candidate's work experience, training and career goals. Because we care about the entire applicant experience, we assist with the interview and selection process to assure your next job opportunity is a good fit! Staff Right specializes in placing qualified applicants in both professional and manufacturing/light industrial positions. There is NO FEE to you for our service. We are paid by the client company. The wage you are quoted when offered a position is what you will be paid.

I only talked with one person at the Youngstown location I was referred to. Kathleen was so helpful. I could email and call her about any questions I had and she got back to me ASAP! She told me everything I needed to know about the job I was applying for and I have been here for almost two years now!

Have applied for multiple positions over a 10 year period and staff right has yet to call me about ANY jobs in my area! Constantly call them only to be told that the job is no longer available, only to hear 10 minutes later that it still is on the radio. If you don't want to help people get jobs, then shut down already. Horrible service, horrible staffing service, horrible customer service.
