Job Training for Beaver County JTBC, Inc. is a private nonprofit organization that addresses the diverse career and employment needs of adults, dislocated workers, and youth, along with the important workforce development priorities of employers. The vision of JTBC is to improve the economic outlook and opportunities within our communities while partnering with key stakeholders in Southwestern Pennsylvania through grants, industry partnerships, and leveraged resources.The mission of JTBC is to serve as a channel between the workforce and employers to meet the employment needs of the region.
Services
Job Training for Beaver County, Inc., is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization that provides employment and training services for Beaver County's economically disadvantaged in-school/out-of-school youth, welfare clients, adults and dislocated workers. By-laws require a Board of Directors consisting of seven to nine members, appointed by the Beaver County Commissioners, to carry out workforce development activities within Beaver County.

In addition to these tools, a successful job search requires the ability to create a job search strategy, develop job leads through networking, and communicate your qualifications to an employer during an interview.
Classroom and on-the-job training (OJT) opportunities enable eligible job seekers to acquire the skills required for today's high-demand occupations. Choosing an occupation or training program that best matches your career goals, interests, and abilities can at times be overwhelming. JTBC utilizes a number of assessment tools to help eligible job seekers determine which career fields match their interests and abilities.
