I spoke with Jane a few months back when I was in the midst of debating a career change. My current place of employment at the time was beyond toxic. I wasn't looking to leave at the moment because I felt trapped and as if I needed to stay to show years of experience at one place. It was a constant battle and draining. Let me tell you something - The Office Professionals not only helped me find the 'perfect fit' for me, but also gave me insight to know that I had what others were looking for. Jane took the time to get to know me and gave me 'Professional' advice, hence the name.

I was put in touch with not only the 'right' company, but also did wonders for me personally. If you are out there looking for new employment, I highly encourage you to reach out!

This recruiting company contacted me by calling my workplace and trying to poach me from my current position. That's super unprofessional, as I don't have a relationship with this company at all. They get their "clients" looking to fill positions by looking at zip recruiter and other online job boards. Even if someone has their resume uploaded online, don't call them at their current employer.seriously desperate and NOT PROFESSIONAL!

The Office Professionals are anything but "professional." After meeting with one of their representatives, I took their testing as requested and when I asked for feedback on the results, I received no reply. I did receive an e-mail about a possible job lead and was advised I would receive a call about the position in about a week. Again, no call or e-mail about the position from my TOPs representative as promised.

Their job listings were never kept current, with postings showing a particular position as being open for months at a time. I guess it was too much work for them to update the job listings page so they eliminated job descriptions and simply replaced them with a list of job titles. Good luck trying to find specific information on positions you may be interested in with this method.

My overall experience with TOPs was less than positive, or in a word "frustrating, " so don't waste your time with this agency. There are other agencies out there who are more proactive and willing to help you with your job search.

Just had an interview with the manager/owner. I am a positive up-beat person with a can do attitude. Also I have an education and a long list of accomplishments. Not sure when I have been so insulted and disrespected. Every response I gave to questions were honest however, I was discounted and berated by this person. I finally stopped speaking. To which this person also took offense.

Her final statement to me was, "I am the most negative person she has met in a while. So here are the tests I want you to take so I can send you on the job interview". Do yourself a favor, if you have any self-esteem or self confidence avoid this place.

If I could give negative stars I would. This company is badly run and do little for a company looking to hire or an applicant searching for a job. There are many other recruiters out there please go through them so that you don't get scamed!
