I decided after looking at the reviews to give this company a try and see what's available in the job market and what I needed salary wise which was important because of my extensive experience and background. I went to the office and had to fill out paperwork basically a complete profile ( which I wasn't thrilled about ) but this was my first time dealing with a job agency.
I got to the office and filled out paperwork and was put on a computer and basically put my resume in it I sat down and talked to an individual told him what I was looking for and basically waited several weeks only one job came up and the rate was way below what I explained I needed at a minimum. I was kinda disappointed I got more hits doing it myself then through a agency that specializes in doing the same thing.
I felt like I was just brought in for business purposes only no warm and fuzzy feeling lol. My overall personal experience wasn't bad but waiting on someone or a company to find you a job when there's hundreds of people doing the same thing you become a # and get buried in a pile there has to be a sense of urgency and only you can make that happen not waiting for someone to do it for you.
In closing I went through another agency ( I won't mention ) that in one day got me almost a handful of interviews and nothing under what wanted salary wise in some cases over what I wanted. This company may be for you it didn't work for me. The staff was friendly and I did give it 4 stars I feel the average job seeker would benefit using them really no complaints.
