Helps find a job for you very fast! gabby is very nice i would give a 5 star but they need to get their phone fixed other people from what i have heard of had the same issue, the call cuts off a lot

Where do I begin. When I went to sign up with Connections Personnel, Inc I was treated to a professional and courteous staff. I met with Ms. Kate and from the very beginning, she was interested in my skills and what I was looking for in an employer. She also asked what type of experience I had and what type of positions that I would be interested in. Ms. Kate really understood what I was looking for and even suggested some other positions that she believed that I would be good in.

I was very impressed with Ms. Kate's attentiveness when it came to my needs and requests for employment. Ms. Kate set me up with a logistics company as a customer service rep/admin. During my assignment, Ms. Kate would check in to make sure things were going well and that I was happy with my assignment (which I was). Then, COVID19 hit. Even during this period, she kept in contact to make sure that I was safe and that things were still going well.

I also appreciated the fact that I didn't feel like I was being "warehoused" somewhere and being forgotten. To make a long story short, I am now a full time employee of this logistics company and very happy and grateful to Ms. Kate for having the confidence in me to assign me to this assignment. I would recommend to anyone to sign up for Connections Personnel, Inc, that's only if you're interested in being treated as a viable asset and not someone just filling a position. Many Thanks P.S. I will not share my experience with this location in Scotch Plains NJ. However if you do find yourself working for this company please be aware of any RED FLAGS. do not ignore them. I highly suggest anyone to check out Aerotek in Edison NJ. Better jobs, better pay and also the communication between the staffing agency and worker are always on point.

Connections has always been there for me when I needed help finding a job. I know I can rely on Donna and the rest of the staff at Connections to find me a good and reliable job. Other staffing agencies I've tried just don't work as well as Connections does.

Throughout my job career I've often had to lean on staffing agencies to find a new job. Never have I had an agency as attentive as Connections, and more specifically Donna. Donna would call at least once a week to check-in and to talk to me about new positions that were available, with as much information at her disposal. It's rare to find a company you feel sincerely cares about your job prospects. If anyone is looking for a staffing agency that is open and communicative, Connections is hard to beat.

Saw the reviews that were posted and wanted to add my two cents. Anytime I've been out of work/between jobs over the last few years, Connections Personnel has always been a good choice for me. They've helped me get multiple good jobs, including one that I received a full time offer from back in 2014 (that in retrospect probably would have been a good idea to take).

If you're ready to work, I highly recommend this agency. They are at the mercy of what clients come to them needing workers, so things aren't always instantaneous, but stick with them and good work usually comes up relatively soon.
