The MEC plan, as well as a fixed indemnity plan, will be offered through Essential StaffCARE, a company that has specialized in offering health care plans to temporary employees for many years.The MEC plan complies with both individual and employer Affordable Care Act mandates and is priced as low as $60.00 per month for Employee Only coverage.

I came to Pancoast looking for work. They responded to me fairly quickly in the beginning, but after I completed and sent them the full application they requested I complete. I ceased receiving any notifications from the company, complete radio silence. I do not recommend this staffing firm to any individual looking for work. Do not waste your time filling out a detailed application just have this "agency" ghost you after.

I didn't find a job through Pancoast Staffing but Scott was dedicated to reaching out to me and connecting me with employers. His response was always timely and approach was very respectful. I definitely recommend working with them!
