Services
Hourly Consulting is the most common mode of onboarding consultants. In this model, consultants are onboarded for a minimum number of hours per engagement at an hourly rate. The consultant prepares a timesheet at the end of each week, which is approved by the responsible manager. MindSource bills the client at the billing rate and pays the consultant at the agreed on hourly rate.
Thousands of engagements in the past two decades for both F100 or small scrappy start-ups. The Mindsource team will interview every consultant and will decide which opportunities fit the consultants preferences and skills. We will get the consultants in front of the decision makers of the opportunity that interest them.

Hi, I would like to point out that I was contacted for a role, spoke with a rude fellow name Garry (Fake Name ) these guys core value seems if you are an Indian of southern part of India you are welcomed else they will entertain you for a while and not respond back and not even professionally give feedback. As I believe in diversity and knowing India is diverse from north, south, east and west and not having anything to do with in such manner but anyone reading do an investigation see what group of Indian people they have and from what part of India.

They do lot of malpractice. They screwed up my COBRA plan after illegally terminating me after my wrist pain. By law after I complained about wrist pain due to RSI because of work, California law protects company from terminating. They also stole my overtime money fully; Despite they made $100,000+ in commission using my hardwork, they terminated instantly calling me at 10PM after I left my work at 7:00PM.
