My experience working with Chris as my recruiter was excellent! I could not have found a better recruiter. He is very easy to talk to, responsive, and dedicated. He helped me through every step of the interview process, checked in with me frequently, and provided great tips to ensure I went into each interview confident and prepared. Critical: Responsiveness I spoke to Nicole Kakleas on June 24th about a posted position. She told me at the end of the conversation that it was not 'her' posting, but that of a coworker. She said she would speak to him about it and call me back. Here it is almost a month later and nothing from her or anyone at this company.

This is the second job Michael Charette has placed me at in 3 years. He's very knowledgeable, dedicated, and never gave up even under the COVID circumstances. A senior recruiter contacted me to schedule an appointment for a specific job posting. I followed up with her a week later as I never heard back from them and she told me the company selected another candidate. I applied a month later for 2 different postings and I never heard back. Quite honestly, do not even waste your time with them. You have more luck searching and finding something yourself than relying on this agency!

Used them and old recruiter who helped me no longer with company was helpful with getting me a new job. The new recruiter that contacted me even though told him variety of positions as have experience in variety only sent jobs pertaining to field in now. Mentioned jobs from other fields with no follow through. He had a job posted up on linked in that I sent him updated resume and interest in position which it's beem 2-3 weeks and not even a reply. Will take my employment interest to different company.
