In 1988, a small town in Madisonville, Kentucky was about to change. It was then that Alice Sanders, along with her husband Ron, opened a business that forever changed the staffing and recruiting landscape of Western Kentucky. Together, they opened their first People Plus office (then called Pennyrile Temporaries) and the rest was history.
Several people may think staffing firms just offer "temp work".that is NOT the case at People Plus! Many businesses use staffing companies for a variety of reasons; special project needs and short term work, temp to hire placements and direct hire placements. At People Plus, we strive to follow the Golden Rule.we treat our employees like we would want to be treated.
People Plus hires its own employees and assigns them to support or supplement a client's work force to keep fully staffed during busy times, gain special expertise or staff special projects, or fill temporary vacancies. Employees are recruited, screened, and assigned by People Plus. People Plus employee works for a client for a trial period during which both the employee and the client consider establishing a employment relationship.

I went there for a specific placement about 6 months ago and the process was quick and seamless. I have dealt with agencies before and have even worked for one and the process was by far the best I have experienced or been a part of. They targeted me to the exact placement in which i was interested and did not attempt to persuade me otherwise or purposely slot me into another position simply to fill numbers.they seemed interested and invested in my interests and not their own.
A two-month assignment turned into just shy of five months and was an amazing experience with probably one of the best work environments that I have played a role in. Within two months of the end of my assignment I had the good fortune to receive a permanent offer with my employer. Michelle, my People Plus representative, could not have been happier for me even thought this meant that I was no longer going to be going through the agency for a planned upcoming placement. Again, the focus seemed to be on me and what was in my best interest instead of what might have been in the interest of People Plus. I cannot speak more highly of the entire process and staff.

So i went in on a Friday with a tentative offer of employment pending a background check. I received a phone call Monday giving me the green light to go to the job site. Since I filled out the application online it didn't take to long to complete the rest of the paper work& orientation. I think I was there for roughly an hour and a half. The people that work there are friendly and as helpful as they can be. They really do make you feel comfortable coming in to talk with them.

I have worked with People's Plus a few times now, and every time has been a very amazing experience! The whole staff is friendly and are always available to answer questions and to talk you through anything. I've come to them when I've lost jobs or wanted to try something new. I recommend People's Plus for anyone needing a job, long term or short term.

What an awesome team of individuals who are focused on finding the best fit for their employees! I had the opportunity to work for People Plus last year during Hurricane Irma at an insurance company based in Lexington. The work was very fast-paced, and the hours were very long. Kasey and the staff there took care of their employees fantastically!

If you're looking for the BEST staffing in town, well you have found it! People Plus has always been helpful and AMAZING! Kasey is great at her position, if you're looking for a new job, call her! Amanda is just the sweetest and is the epitome if great customer service. I have met Brad a time or two and he is always very knowledgeable and helpful.
