I wanted to give this review no stars, but that's not an option. This organization has some unprofessional staff. They speak to you in an appropriate manner and expect you to want to work for them. They look for ways to not pay you so be very careful in choosing this organization. I just started with them and someone named Iris contacted me to say she can't pay me because my time can't be attached to an event.
Now take it the modules were completed after the event I worked since they were received afterwards and therefore I can't get paid for the modules unless I have an event to attach it to. Again please tell me how do you submit your module time with your event when you receive it after the fact. As if them playing with my money isn't wasn't enough the working conditions is worse. Assignments are in the cold and they do not provide heat. They do not care about you. Take HEED to this Warning!

Zero stars if possible. I was contacted by a recruiter Christie Carlsen) by text. I found this unprofessional and I responded stating that I didn't feel the company and I were a good fit and thanked her for her interest. This quickly escalated to a few more texts and ultimately her calling me (so a text was not necessary from the get go!) to rudely and unprofessionally tell me what was on her mind.
As soon as she was done with her diatribe, she hung up. So this just proved my original impression as to the lack of professionalism of this company. I quickly spoke with a Ms. Jones (her supervisor?) to inform her of the situation. She seemed receptive enough and assured me that this was not representative of what SMS is about and that she would address it. I am just glad I immediately got a glimpse of what the acceptable standards apparently are and didn't waste any more of my time or skills.
