IDS is a privately-owned company, rooted in a family-owned business dating back to 1966. Since that time, we have advanced into all areas of the country, sharing over 50 years of experience along the way. WE take pride in each of our team members. IDS specializes in inbound freight unloading. Are roots beginning in food service but have expanded into wide variety of products from medical supplies, clothing, to hardware. If it can be shipped IDS can unload it. IDS has OSHA certifies machine operators on Pallet Jack, Fork Truck, Reach Truck, and Cherry Pickers.
Our system is fully customizable to our customer's needs. At IDS, we provide dedicated resources to leverage the information we gather to create metrics for success. Our customer can see all information about inbound deliveries directly from their desktop or smartphone application. Digital photos are easily attached to loads and can be sent to the correct company representative directly from our handhelds.
