I was contacted by Lisa Glenn about a project scheduling opportunity with a well-known construction company. I was not totally sure I wanted to leave my current employer, having been there 16+ years. I spoke with her and agreed to the interview. As she pointed out, I had nothing to lose by just checking what was available. I was offered the job within a couple weeks at a great salary increase and excellent benefits.
After weighing it all out, the opportunity was too good to pass up. Lisa and I spent many hours on the phone and texting back and forth regarding the position. She was always extremely helpful along the way. I would randomly ask her something at night for her to see the next morning and she would often respond that night. I had a delayed start date of 6 weeks. Lisa would check in with me on a weekly basis as we counted down the weeks and then the days.
I had interviewed with other companies using other recruiters only to never hear from them again or with little follow up. Lisa is very professional and very personable and was a pleasure to work with. She was instrumental in helping me to make the switch to a great company and position. My start date was 3/23/2020, right at the beginning of the Covid restrictions. It was one of the best decisions I ever made regarding my career.

The staff at Seattle Financial Staffing had reached out to me a couple of times over the years regarding opportunities I may be a good fit for. Always so professional and friendly. This may sound a little corny but it was almost like hearing from an old friend. When they called regarding the job with my current employer I went for it. It was right at the start of the pandemic so it was a challenge for all of us but Lisa hung in there with me.
Always letting me know what was going on and willing to answer questions. She sent me videos and pointers on interviewing, which I used, and I am positive all the prepping she helped me with is what landed me this great job! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Quick turnaround time! I used Seattle Financial Staffing to find a new job and worked with Lacey after connecting on LinkedIn. I received an offer in my asking salary range after 3-4 weeks of initially applying. Lacey was informative and honest, providing me with useful information about the companies that she was working with. She was willing to find the right fit for me and I never felt pressured throughout the process.
I ended up finding a job that met all of the criteria that I was looking for and have been enjoying my new job ever since. Getting this type of turnaround and receiving an offer with a desired company is difficult enough, but this was all accomplished during the COVID-19 pandemic. Best in class! I had one of my best interviews with Lacey. She was very professional over the phone. She definitely made me feel very comfortable. I wasn't tense talking to her (something I realized after the interview). She was very engaging and well prepared.
