In addition to paying wages, we are responsible for withholdings, payroll taxes, workers' compensation, unemployment, liability and bonding. About Cindy: One of the founding members of The Temp Connection, Cindy has been solving the staffing needs of clients and helping candidates get hired faster since 1993. Cindy has the privilege of maintaining overall financial responsibility of the company while encouraging and empowering her staff to provide the highest level of customer service.
Back in 1993 when we started, our motto was "you can always talk to an owner". Most days, you still can. Back then, it meant that decisions could be made right here on the spot - not through the lens of what corporate dictates. It still does. It also meant that we could treat our temporary employees as neighbors, not numbers.
We help job seekers get noticed and land positions that match their qualifications at companies that are hiring. A courteous and respectful relationship with our office staff. This includes personal interviews and timely communication during the job-hunting process. Our goal is to find you that awesome opportunity; but keep in mind we are just one of your resources for job searching - don't stop applying for jobs on your own.
Your weekly pay will automatically be deposited into your checking account or onto a Visa Rapid PayCard. Update your direct deposit through our Payroll Portal. Upon being placed on an assignment, employees are eligible to participate in our Fixed Indemnity Medical Plan. This non-ACA compliant plan is a supplement to health insurance.

From first interaction to interview Sam was thurough and took the time to know my needs and talents as an individual. Tina Hagen is great! She has helped both my boyfriend and I to find temp-to-hire jobs quickly than we were able to on our own. They work hard to find job opportunities for you. They will brief you on jobs available and ask permission before sending your resume out to that employer. I like how are transparent about job duties, work hours, and pay, and they also consider the location for you to decide if the job will work for you.

They are all talk and no action. I only was given 1 job lead and nothing after that. I informed them I felt they weren't helping me what so ever and was told to apply at a childcare. Tina made it seem like they would help and yet it had been a month and I have yet to hear from them. Not even a check in email or call like I was told. I would never recommend using them.
Your beat bet is to use Indeed and not waste your time using them. All talk no action. I had to do all the foot work even applying for jobs on their website and was told I wasn't qualified enough to apply. I don't know how one who bas a degree isn't qualified enough when many of their jobs were entry level. doesn't require a whole lot. One lady I talked to in the HR department who was rude in her email interactions. Tina also told me to send my resume to her and I did, and she still hasn't even looked over it. Overall, the worse experience I have ever had.
