Landajob In 1985, Landa Williams founded Status Pro, a Kansas City recruitment firm for direct hire positions in the advertising industry. LandaJob, a division of Status Pro, was created in 1992 to meet the industry's demand for contract employees. Status Pro operations were later incorporated under the LandaJob name.
