Thanks to Youth councilor Ms Courtney I was able to meet my goals as a veteran of the armed forces and have the ability to make informed decisions based around the options she showed me that I have.

Went down to update my resume and the new guy that got down there so unhelpful the receptionist so unkind and sour of mood all the time every time I walk in there no matter how pleasant I am I can never uplift her spirits she's always full of SASS and vinegar. Don't go here they're not here to help they're there for their paycheck not yours.

It is an awesome place to get grants for industry certifications like COMPTIA Network+ and Security+. If you are between the ages of 18-24, you automatically qualify for the grant. If your 24 or older, it is based off your income. I will be attaining my Cybersecutiy foundations certification.

I wouldn't recommend them. Very disorganized & lack communication skills. They had me go thru a pointless HAZMAT/HAZWOPER 3 wk long class saying it'll help me get my endorsements for my CDL just to tell me they didn't have funding for my CDL available. Complete waste of time & didn't even get reimbursed for gas going to the class & I also missed hours for work & making money.

What's this place you get out of it what you put into it. It was a little cantankerous at first going through the admissions process but once they see that you are serious and committed to improving your life and that of your family by getting the skills and certified. They go all out for you Miss Crystal there is phenomenal and so is Miss Burns. Make sure whomever you talk to you you get their extension numbers so that you can contact them directly. This facility has really helped my family to achieve the goals that we need to so that we can find suitable employment. Thank you very much full employment council.

The experience was not good. The people. Really assist you. They just place you out of computer and let you on your own when you don't know what's going on. I'm going to looking for a job not to be sitting at a computer going through all these jobs all over the different states. They are really not have any service other than supplying at billing of computers that people that don't really care

These guys and gals are awesome. They are always very helpful and polite. If i have a question they answer it. If i have a need they have lots of options like printing and faxing and computer access. They deal some with unemployment as well as have voc rehab. They have employees that help felons with housing or employment as well as different opportunities for self employment. They help with furthering your education. It is a great place to be when your world seems chaotic due to loss of a job or career.

Hi my name is Shonaci Pouncil and I work at Ruby Jeans (which I recommend) and my mother thought it was a good idea to help save my bosses a little money and send me to FEC. Now, everything was fine for a couple of weeks. They brought me my checks when I was supposed to be getting paid but then they stopped the routine. I didn't come to work on a pay day due to me getting my braces and the plan was just for them to come to my job that Monday and bring me my check.

That didn't happen. I didn't end up getting paid until that Thursday a whole week after I was supposed to get paid. Now it's January 1st and they were supposed to bring me my check December 28th and still haven't. They also told me I can go up there to get it but I just went up there and they're closed. And it doesn't say that on their hours. I DO NOT recommend them AT ALL.
