This is the absolute worst temp agency that I've ever worked for. They're not consistent at all. I was told that I could choose the days I wanted to work. Well, long story short that was not the case. When I asked about my schedule I had more off days than working. The agent chose my days for me; which were 1 or 2 days a week with the rest off. That is NOT what I asked for and when I would call, text, or leave VM they barely returned my calls EXCEPT when they needed days to be filled.

Don't got to Maintenance Plus Inc. They will lie an say u didn't work. An I know I worked 4 hours before I walked out!

Slow, but very kind, understanding. Really took interest in showing where I could fit what was needed. Jobs that was shown was great to suit mine and their needs! Pleasantly surprised!

Please read your paperwork, they will tell you this paper is for such and such, but neglect to tell you exactly what you are signing. Read every line before you sign anything. One thing you should know is if you leave a job without notice, your last two paychecks will be dropped to minimum wage. You will loose at least a couple hundred dollars on each check.

Was contacted by this company after them reviewing my resume only to be sent on a job that only lasted two weeks, after being told to be at the job the following Monday evening, I got a mysterious call that Monday morning and was told I was no longer needed. I was on time every morning, even there before the permanent employees and supervisors. Now it's been two weeks and I'm still on the availability list. But when I call as someone else, there's plenty positions still open and to come fill out application.

Wonderful place for anyone looking for employment. Very friendly office staff and always a helping hand. I love my job. Always professional and positive. Definitely recommend! 5/5

I came to Dedicated Personnel looking for a job. A couple of weeks went by and I was ask to come in for an interview to work here, I LOVE my job. I can say that we try very hard to place everyone somewhere. And its so rewarding to hear "thank you Ms. Stacy I appreciate you". That makes my day. Just an all around great company to work. PASSION-NO DISCREMINATION-AND LOTS OF DEDICATION! That sums up Dedicated Personnel.

I interviewed with Laura Hill, she was an excellent person to work with. She is well mannered, extremely nice, and she tries her best to help. However, the receptionist has a very poor attitude, rude, and her not very good around people. The receptionist certainly needs a job with minimal interactions with people, but instead she's the face of this staffing agency.

I was supposed to have some tests emailed to me on Monday, I never got them, I called today (Wednesday) to ask about them and the receptionist was extremely inconsiderate and ill because I was at my job and wasn't able to call them and inquire about the tests I didn't receive. Even though I do not work for them and I never have. She said I was a no call- no show.

If you can avoid this place you should. I honestly think the receptionist is there to sabotage job applicants. If get attitude doesn't run you off, her terrible work ethic will ensure that you will not be working for them.

Excellent staff. Worked very fast to find me a job that I ended up loving. I have since moved to NW GA and have yet to find a temp service as polite or as professional as Dedicated Personnel. I highly recommend Dedicated Personnel if you need help finding work in the Birmingham area!
