Action staffing reached out and helped me get an amazing job in a new industry to me. I have given all my buddies their number.

Leslie, Courtney, and Erin were absolutely amazing through my recruiting process. They were very attentive and provided updates from beginning to end. They were extremely encouraging, the energy was amazing and I could feel their support. I will definitely be referring other professionals. Thanks Again Guys!

After taking a position and working nearly 800 hours (company had to make a decision to hire on with raise and benefits or let me go) they let me go because "everyone loved me and I was such a hard worker" (they couldn't give me a reason) they called me the next day to offer me more positions to take. This agency is not interested into getting you into a permanent position to benefit your life, rather they'd like to jump you from job to job so they get their paycheck! Sneaky sneaky.

I love everyone at Action Staffing. I'm in my second placement (3rd but COVID got in the way) with them. My initial placement was an absolute nightmare but NOT because of Action Staffing. Action went above and beyond in supporting me and in gaining understanding of the situation. They had my back 100% and enabled us all to learn a great deal. That initial placement ended and Action introduced me to my current placement which seems as if it was a position created just with me in mind. I love this assignment and credit Action Staffing completely with getting me here. They are the best agency I've ever worked with.

Leslie worked with me in the hiring process to go full-time time and Sarah insured I received proper pay in align with informative holiday emails. One must do their do diligence in responding to action staff emails and keep open communication with the hiring company. The process can start rocky but once onboard one is treated like family.

Action brought me on at the beginning of this year, they worked really fast and diligently to find what I was looking for. Leslie and her team made the process really easy and I felt like I was a priority to them. I was offered a permanent FT position with the company that they set me up with as a temp after 6 months and I could not be more greatful. I will definitely reach to Action again in the future

I highly recommend Leslie and her staff at Action in Roswell. They were very kind, helpful and courteous every time I contacted them. If I had to leave a message, they called me back promptly. I had been unemployed for several months and had been in contact with several staffing agencies, with varying degrees of satisfaction. I can honestly say that of the six staffing agencies I dealt with, this one was the best! They didn't place me, because I ended up accepting another job offer, but they won my confidence in their abilities and sincerity in wanting to help me. Thank you!

I have had an AMAZING experience with Sarah and Leslie at Action Staffing! They are so prompt with responses, and seem to truly have others' best interest at heart. The key to working with Action Staffing is patience. They strive to help you find a long term career where possible. I moved from Michigan a year ago and had the hardest time finding employment until I found Action Staffing. I began at Action Staffing in Spring of 2018 and Leslie was able to meet with me and help place me in a full-time Customer Service position with one of their clients. Throughout the whole process, Leslie was always helpful, kind, professional, and worked with me on ensuring a positive work relationship with Action Staffing and my work place assignment.

Action Staffing was always responsive and labored to ensure everything was a right fit for me. I had a couple of days where I had to call out due to illness or car issues and they worked with me on this and also counselled me on making sure I met the attendance expectations in order to continue with my assignment. After about 5 months I met my minimum hours requirement and was hired on full-time by my current employer.

About 7 months after that, I was promoted to Team Lead and 8 months after that, I was promoted to a Supervisor position. Thank you so much Leslie and everyone at Action Staffing for working with me and helping me to get to where I am today. You guys rock! For any reading this, so long as you work hard, persevere, show initiative at the place you are staffed, show up for work/prove dependability, and are respectful, you can prove your worth to potential employers and can have an opportunity for success like I did.
