The proficiency/friendliness/availability starting with Kevin Abel and the whole onboarding staff and payroll created nothing but a positive experience for me with my first travel assignment. Over the last covid years, I read and monitored the RT travel sites and the problems that arose with others. But my experience as long as I completed what was required of me, was over the top smooth sailing. Yeah to Med Pro. Thank you so much.

Everything was fine until i got delayed because of a simple driver's license requirement which could have been remedied if they only listened to me way back about having a minor deficiency which can be done in less than a week. Took me 2 months to get deployed when i had majority of the requirements besides the aforementioned one. My counterparts who had a lot of deficiencies ended up being deployed before me. I hope this would be the first and last of this case. Overall experience was fine.

I have worked for all the big boys, Aya, Aureus, Medical solutions, TRS, Nurse Fly and have always seemed to have trouble not being lied to or taken seriously about requests. From day 1 I loved my recruiter Javier Flores. He got my 1st job in less than 12 hrs and exactly where i asked. He has taken everything I ask for seriously and I am able to get ahold of him even if he is on vacation.
Like who does that? He checks on me and makes sure everything is going good. Here I don't feel like a $ sign but feel valued. They don't let the big hospitals run over you but fight for you. You have a TEAM! It's not you versus them. I love working hard for them because they back me and financially reward my hard work. Plus they send such thoughtful and fun gifts. How wonderful they take the time to do that. Thanks Medpro for being a straightforward company who treats us as humans with lives. Not as another paycheck!

I have been with MedPro Healthcare Staffing for about 3 years now. My placement guudes have been awesome! I firmly believe that the placement guide makes or breaks the contract experience! The company, as a whole, has competetive wages and benefits. Communication is key. I have not been disappointed and you will not be either!

The staff at MEDpro did a great job helping me transition into traveling. I had a ton of questions, and they were patient in welcoming me onboard and making sure everything would be a good fit. My Journey guide Marlene is amazing! She helped me with every aspect of my journey, she's not just a journey guide but an angel in disguise. MedPro is amazing, they are doing their best to make your experience a better one. I would highly recommend MedPro to all international nurses. Remember, MedPro is a staffing agency, you may face some challenges and difficulties in your assigned institution but don't worry you can always talk to them and they are always there to listen and lend a helping hand. I am a physician. I took a locum tenens job after a recruiter contacted me. I worked 3 or 4 shifts in a very nice office doing trigger point injections and physical exams for a chiropractor. It wasn't my cup of tea though so I ended the agreement on a completely amicable basis. That was 2 months ago. I am still trying to get paid. The chiropractor paid MedPro but MedPro is refusing to send me the money I earned for the hrs I worked.
They have no shortage of lies about sending a check, overnighting a new one because the 1st one was lost, then putting money directly into my bank acct through Zelle when the overnighted check never appeared. Guess what.that never happened either. They are now telling me to stop HARRASSING them with phone calls requesting they pay me. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE LIARS AND THEIVES.
