Came for a typing certificate. My first few tries I did not get the average I wanted and I was in a rush since I needed the certificate within the next few days, I let Mae know and she was able to let me take another test. She let me review what was impacting my average and she also let me practice typing to get familiar with the keyboard there before my second test. She was super nice and helpful! I finally decided to check out this company after applying to hundreds of jobs on Indeed with no responses. Riverside Personnel helped me to get my office skills sharp. After only 2 weeks they got me an interview and I got the job! After months of applying for work and getting nowhere. I highly suggest Riverside Personnel if you are looking for an office job in the area.

I first found Riverside Personnel about a year ago through Zip Recruiter. I submitted my application by email (as stated on RPS's website) and waited for two weeks until I decided to call. The receptionist Nicole said she remembered my application but hadn't had a chance to call me yet so she set up a time for me to come in and interview. I first did the testing and then I met with Catina where she asked me what I was looking for in a job.

I explained to her and she said she thought she had the perfect place for me and I could interview with them in about two weeks. I ended up getting the job and am still here almost a year later (and I couldn't be happier)! The best part about RPS to me was Catina. She made sure when I was offered the job that it was what I wanted and kept in great contact throughout the whole process.

She even called and emailed me a couple times after I started at my new job to make sure I was happy and everything was going okay. She truly does care and I will always be grateful to her for helping me get a job that I love!

I applied here a year ago, had to put life on hold to take care of a sick relative & eventually found a job. Fast forward a year later, and I renewed my application. Catina had actually called me a couple of months ago to check how I was, but I couldn't talk at the time. I met with Magen yesterday, re-took tests, and feel confident they will help me find a new job. I really like all the girls in this office. They will work for you, but you have to check in too, do your part.

Unprofessional. Aside from the fact that the interior is decorated like a 1970s office, I was disappointed to find I spent 2 hours testing for the wrong position. The receptionist seemed kind, but overwhelmed. I was told I was meeting one person for an interview, and arrived to find they weren't available. The interview had no idea what position I applied for or what tests I had taken. My resume was referred to as being "thrown in a batch." Poor recruiting at its finest, I'd advise high qualified candidates to take your talents else where.

Called back in March to begin looking and applying for temp employment. I submitted my application/registration on their website and I followed up with a phone call. I spoke to Megan and I described to her that I was looking for full-time, temp, admin/clerical work and gave her my desired rate. Apparently it is a crime to ask for a fair and livable wage that is more than $12-$13/hr for someone with over ten years of clerical/administrative experience at an advanced level.

That was the initial impression I got from her response to my desired pay rate. Regardless, I still went in for an interview and testing as I was hopeful that something might become available that I could consider. Well, it has been over a month now and I NEVER heard back from this office. Extremely unprofessional, no follow through. Waste of time.

Riverside Personnel Services is definitely the best employment agency I have ever worked with! From my initial appointment to after they found me a job, they have been so easy to work with. They always answer when I call and respond to my emails very quickly. And if who I need to talk to isn't available at that moment, I always receive a call back either by the end of that same day, or first thing the next morning. They were able to find me a position in less than a month, and in the field that I really wanted too! Thank you RPS!

I have applied here a few days ago and still awaiting for the results. I called in to follow up and I was advised that no jobs are available and I might have to wait a few weeks for a job to come up. I took 8 different tests and scored them all with high score and I am still jobless and awaiting for few more weeks to work. If I didn't have a family maybe this is worth the wait. Will just have to see or hope this agency will get me a job or not as they say it's the best in the county.

Riverside Personnel Services is amazing! They have a very friendly and helpful staff that is always there for you. I've worked for RPS for over 2 years and have had a wonderful experience.
