Critical: Professionalism They judged based on race. If you have tattoos don't even bother going with this dumb company! Staff is rude even if you talk to them polite! I wish u could give a 0 start

Christina has helped me many times find employment but this last time we hit the jackpot! I am so happy with my new position, Christina worked close and hard with me to find the prefect fit and I'll always be so grateful for the opportunity Arrow Staff has given me!

I lost both my jobs within 2 weeks due to COVID. I was able to sign up with Arrow Staffing easily. I worked with Cristina who is amazing! She is professional and supportive. She matched me with interviews she thought would be a good fit. Because of Cristina and Arrow Staffing, I was able to find a job quickly during a very stressful time.

Preemptive TLDR; While starting out promising, there was a lack of proper communication from the recruiter who would call me at random times of the day and not return emails. I was eventually ghosted for having a 35wpm typing speed even though I tested well for Excel, Word and Outlook. Working with Cristina started out promising. The initial phone interview went well and she was very pleasant.

She sent me a slew of assessment tests to take which I did over the weekend they were sent and they took a total of 3 or so hours. Around that Wednesday, I received an email from her saying that out of all my scores (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc) it was my typing speed of 35 wpm that disqualified me for the job I applied for (front desk reception) even though my scores for everything else were presumably satisfactory.

This surprised me as I -can- type even if it's not lightening speed and I know the software that would be in use. She asked if we could discuss the matter on the phone the next morning. I replied with an email asking if such-and-such time would be okay to contact her and got no response. I called her twice the next day and she didn't answer her phone and only called me back the following day even though she was the one who wanted to set up a phone call on that particular day and didn't adhere to it.

I missed her call as I was indisposed and I had no idea when she was going to call again. She didn't respond to emails and would just call me at random times of day. I'm not glued to my phone all day so I missed them. I eventually retook the typing test, not expecting to fair much better but it's never been an issue at any of my other jobs. Once I had done that, I never heard from her again.

The one thing I told her during our interview was that I had no intention of wasting her time or mine with jobs that didn't fit my background, but my time was absolutely wasted here which is why I'm leaving a review when I normally wouldn't.

I am so impressed with Arrow Staffing Services. My recruiter (Cristina Vasquez) not only provided me with great advice, templates for an awesome resume and cover letter, but also helped me out with some training applications since I'm rusty on my computer skills. They work hard to help you succeed in the careers you are aiming for.

We have been working with Arrow Staffing for almost 2 years and it has been such a wonderful partnership. In 2019, Cristina and Julie took the time to come out to our office to meet us and learn about the company. As soon as we met this "dynamic duo, " we knew we were in good hands. They were professional, yet very warm and friendly. They made us feel like family. Cristina manages our account and keeps in contact with us on a regular basis. Maggie and Melina also offer excellent support for the team. More than 20 temporary staff members from Arrow Staffing have been converted to our permanent employees.

I always wanted an office job and a lot of agency's either didn't have any or they had some but they all needed experience. I was recommended by a friend and Arrow Staffing was able to help me find the job I wanted. They were very quick to get back to me and set me up with the right job.

The best staffing agency around! Cristina is a lovely lady, who helped me find a job very quickly! Within a week and a half into my new job search, she had paired me up with the perfect company that will soon be my second home! Such a great blessing/opportunity I would highly recommend going here, especially if you're looking for an extremely professional type of setting. 100% will not ever regret going here, it truly changed my life for the better in less than 2 weeks! This place is fantastic. I was extremely surprised at the sheer amount of professionalism and efficiency this staffing agency maintained and continues to maintain. There are plenty of employment opportunities available if you are willing to put in the hours and labor. Thanks to Arrow Staffing, I was able to obtain a fantastic position that may very well provide the foot in the door needed to further my career goals. Cristina interviewed me the same day and coordinated with the hiring company to interview me the same day as well. She was absolutely brilliant and I fully recommend working with her and this agency!

I was hesitant to come here when I read there reviews, however I wanted to take a chance. I went in and they were really busy, it was around afternoon time. The receptionist greeted me and was very helpful. I was waiting for my interview, as there were a couple people ahead of me. I saw about 2 different ladies go back and fourth for interviews. When it was my turn I was greeted by a really nice lady.

When she interviewed she really seemed to care about what I wanted and NOT send me to any ol job. That really was awesome and I never got that before at a staffing agency. After the interview she offered me a job and the pay was HIGHER than what I told her and closer to home! I was happy, since it's close to the holidays! A BIG thank you to Mrs. Carissa. I truly appreciate your help and honesty. I can not thank you enough! If your looking for work for warehouse, I recommend her.
