Rude. Rude. Rude. You're dealing with professionals here. Please present yourself with a kind courteous & professional manner. I would never recommend a friend to this location. Karen was absolutely rude. Please correct your courtesy over phone manners. And if you're the manager you have forgotten how to be marketable for your company. Correct your attitude over the phone.
