Axis contacted a former co-worker, she had given my name. That day I got a call from Andi Margolis, from the get go Andi was professional, friendly, and just a joy to work with. In my experience must staffing agencies do not have the attention to a new contractor that Andi has. She makes you feel like your her only client, always making sure you know she is working for you and that your not forgotten. From start to finish Andi has been amazing to work with.

Back in 2012 they gave me my first office job with Tri-West for 5 months. They made it super easy to apply and set me up for success. Unfortunately, Tri-West was ending. Then they set me up with Liberty Mutual Insurance and I was hired as a permanent in less than 6 months. I spent 4.5 years as an Insurance Specialist. I'm now currently a Flood Insurance Underwriter with Assurant Flood Solutions. I wouldn't be where I am today if it wasn't for Tran Tran and Andi at Axis.

I went in and had the interview with Andi, and had my placement interview that same week, and stayed on my assignment for a year before I crossed over to FTE with the company I was assigned to. During that time I knew I could reach out to my recruiter Andi or if needed Bac and they'd answer any questions I had expediently. I loved my time working with them on my temp position, and would gladly recommend and work with them in the future.

I'm so thankful I stumbled across Axis Employment, Tran is simply amazing! What started as a temp to hire assignment turned into the career opportunity of a lifetime. Many thanks to everyone at Axis.

My partner was employed with this service and everything was fine until he found a permanent job. He didn't receive his final paycheck after leaving. He contacted Axis by phone on 3 separate occasions and by email on one occasion and yet nobody from Axis would respond. So after 3 weeks of patience, we contacted an attorney for guidance. The attorney made contact with Axis who claimed they knew nothing of the situation.

A week later (now 4 weeks after his assignment ended) Axis finally issued him a check and he stopped in to pick it up. The Axis representative was very rude and told him it was inappropriate for him to contact an attorney. In reality, Axis, it was inappropriate of you to ignore my partner's numerous requests and to make him wait 4 weeks to be paid. Then, upon reviewing his check, Axis docked him $10 due to having to issue a new check and place a stop pay on the first one.

I would caution anyone considering using this firm. I'm not saying they were purposely deceitful, but there was obviously some lack of communication internally for a situation like this to arise and take so long to rectify.

I worked with Tran and she placed me as a temporary employee with Bank of America back in 2005. She was always available to me when I called with questions or concerns. When I eventually found more permanent employment elsewhere, she was my biggest supporter, even though I was leaving Axis. She helped me get a foothold in AZ and I am forever grateful.

My name is jasmine B. I more than highly recommend axis. I worked with Tran first and she was beyond helpful. We all know the stress a job search can cause but with axis they eliminate the stress and place you with great companies. I recently had the chance to work with Andi and she is just as helpful; with quick reply and always available to get things done is a plus.

I just finished a long term assignment and as soon as I let them know it was coming to an end and needed something else they had some right away. Sometimes when you are looking for a job, you feel like you are all alone out there. With Axis, I had the best experience of being well prepared for my interview. They gave me feedback I needed. Did an excellent job quickly and efficiently notifying me of updates with the potential client, etc. And the quality of the client was more than I could have hoped for. I would definitely recommend them if you are out there in a sea of many applicants and you want to be well represented and informed before going into an interview.
