I received a court's summons from this company even though I never heard of them nor ever used them. If they are to get wrong as basic as their client and who they supplied staff to than I don't think they are any good company. They are a roug unscrupulous company who is trying to extract money from who ever they can. I will see them at court and have no problem of employing most expensive solicitor so when they lost their case than they can pay for it

I'm with many many different agencies but Phoenix is by far the best one I've ever worked for. It's amazing being part of this team. I've only been working as a shot girl since Christmas Eve but I've taken such a HUGE liking to the job and learnt so much already. Every shift is a different experience and I feel extremely lucky to be able to earn so much money in such a small space of time.

This gives me more time and freedom in the week to focus on my dreams and continue building my career. The team train you up and then constantly work hard behind the scenes to ensure we're all provided with jobs week in, week out. They're on call whenever we need help but whats nice is that they also hold staff parties, events and gatherings so everyone can meet, network and have fun. Highly recommend joining :

Amazing company to work for. They take your personal situations into consideration before giving you a shift, arrange amazing staff parties and value you as a person. The work is so fun and everyday is different. You have the opportunity to earn a lot and are well looked after by the team. Phoenix Staffing is an incredible company, I've been in the company for over 11 years and I can't recommend it enough. The office team is always very helpful and easy to talk to, understand our needs and always try to work out the best shift for the staffs. This company has provided me with fulling career that fits in alignment of being a parent and even during my maternity leave they supported me and were always by my side.

We booked Phoenix staffing for staff in March for our event at the end of June. We required 14 staff. 2 days before they rang to tell us that they couldn't get the staff there, then only 8 staff turned up and 1 left mid event because he didn't fancy it. They also turned up in the wrong uniform, looking scruffy and didn't have a clue what they were doing.

When dealing with Sarah (the director of the company) she wouldn't accept that she was in the wrong and did not understand what had gone wrong. We use staffing agencies a lot and this is the worst I have ever had to use and the inexperienced team who run it are not worth the time. If you guys can't fulfil a booking DON'T TAKE THEM!
