Quick and easy, went in for a quick interview, after they reviewed my resume they laid out the jobs they had that I may be a good candidate for, I went to the first company and they hired me on the spot as a welder/fabricator. Very straightforward.if you know what you're doing they'll get you a job. They valued me at a very reasonable high dollar amount per hour, higher than even what I told them I'd work for. they presented me at this higher rate to employer without a problem and it was a success.
Friendly and in touch with me via phone call or text the entire time until the company just recently bought out my contract. Paid holidays too! If you're skilled, they got your back. thanks monarch, pulled me out of my corona debt.

Not sure what the other guy was talking about, but I have been in contact with Monarch for years, and never experienced this. My friends went through Monarch as well, and I have yet to hear of such. If you have good skills, Monarch will surely help you get the right job! Monarch helped me find work a few years back, and I am still at the same company.
I came in and had an interview with someone who actually is from the trade as well, and was tested on my knowledge with blueprints, mics, and shop math. Which, I did very well on. I have a solid work history, so I am dependable. I never had any issues with them, they actually helped me find work back in the 90's as well. I would highly recommend Monarch to any skilled CNC Machinist or Manual Machinist or Maintenance looking for work. Also, just a though to the review below, but if you don't put your name down, how would a company know it was you to harass you? Thought that was funny.
