Great, reliable staffing agency with an unique structure that I'd never experienced, yet admired. After completing a profile online and applying to positions of my interest, I was assigned a recruiter. Alethea White was absolutely amazing at her job, professional, and a pleasure to work with! Giving very clear details throughout the process, being able to streamline my application directly to employers, and even providing useful tips before & after interviews.

She would also call and email me when seeing potential opportunities I would be a great fit for to submit my resume on my behalf. The most important part for me was having a smooth transition and understanding employers as I began working with ExecuTeam before moving to Houston. The timing of every interview was perfect before and after arriving to Texas. although I had to respectfully decline a great offer, for one that was a better fit for me at the time, I would definitely work with them again if needed & of course refer friends & family.

Shannon Coleman in the Houston office initially responded to my resume. We spoke about an opportunity. The opportunity wasn't a fit for me and I expressed that. Afterwards, I was "ghosted" by this recruiter whom was highly spoken of. I've sent several emails to follow up about other roles with no responses. Also, left several voicemails with no response. Poor communication and lacking professionalism to conduct business as such with a company and recruiter whom has this polished introduction. Disappointing!

I must say Alyssa is one of the best Recruiters that I've had in a long time. Also the turnaround time for me to get my position only took five days. I contacted her in the afternoon on Thursday (10/28/2021) to let her know that I was interested in the postion. Spoke to her on Friday(10/29/2021). I then had a phone interview with Alyssa on Monday (11/1/2021).

During the phone interview, Alyssa was detailed. She updated me via e-mail about the client and was very thorough evert step of the way. She is also easy to reach, and doesn't give you the runaround like many Recruiters that you have to track down in others agencies. She answers phone calls and she responds to e-mails. I interviewed with the client virtually(Zoom) and it went well. I was offered the position. Alyssa is very professional and kind! I recommend Executeam and Alyssa for your job needs!

I have been in HR for almost 30 years, and worked with many search firms on the employer and job seeker side. I have heard of ExecuTeam for years, being a Houstonian. However, I have not worked with them before. I have had the most rewarding experience working with Alethea White, Recruiter at ExecuTeam. She has been very responsive, accommodating and supportive during this entire process, which can be difficult with this market.

She made a great match with my expertise and the position that Houston Airports Systems was seeking to fill. Although I am a Senior HR professional who knows how to write resumes and prepare for interviews, Alethea coached me on key words to add to my resume and what to focus on in my interview(s). I have to say, my experience with Team1medical was okay, but I was able to get help for a job as temporary for 3 months, shadowing and I did not get trained, hands on because I was not on their system. I kept getting in touch with Jessica Randoff to see If I was able to get a permanent job but she said all jobs through Team1medical only gets you a job as a temporary before getting hired at the company.

I felt it was so long and I was doubting and decided to apply to several places on my own permanently. Until finding a job, I told Jessica about it and she got bothered and immediately terminated me and said I ruined it for her. And if I wanted to reach them or apply at the company in the future, they won't take me or help me. I wanted to let her know, but I did not think it would turned out wrong. The good part, I did get a job through Team1medical but I don't think it's safe if you would want a permanent full time job.

I saw no. I got a call from these people about a job, but the job was too far away. So I called back about coming in anyway for other job opportunities, and the recruiter I spoke to gave me some bs story and told me that she would call me back to pencil me in. Well just as I said, her story was bs. She never called back, and I kind of knew she wouldn't. Why not just be woman enough and tell the truth?

This is by far the best staffing agency with which you can work. If you're in Houston and looking for a job, you need to call them! My first contact was Amy (sadly she's moved away), who I met at a job fair. I heard back from her the same day and was in to meet with her two days later. She had something temporary for me within a week. And she had interviews set up for temp-to-hire positions not long afterward.

After Amy left, I started working more closely with Lindsey. She set me up with a great temporary position. The supervisor there stopped his interviews for the position after a few days of me being on site. I then went temp-to-hire and when the time came, Lindsey stayed on him about getting me a permanent offer. I worked for that company for two years, with a promotion.

I have nothing bad to say about this organization. From receptionist, to payroll manager, to recruiters, this company to stocked with highly trained individuals who truly care about their clients- both companies and job seekers.
