Lindsey Morrow was the recruiter that worked with me to find my current job. I always felt like she was not only working in the interest of the company who was searching, but in my best interest as well. She really made sure I felt well prepared for my interviews, that the role was a good fit for me and the employer, and she checked in with me to make sure I was happy with my new job afterwards, which really meant a lot to me to know that she wanted me to be satisfied. I would definitely work with her again and would recommend Morrow and Associates because of her.

I applied to a company via LinkedIn and was contacted by Jim Morrow of Morrow & Associates. He was thorough in his questions and very transparent throughout my interview process. He also followed up and provided interview tips and/or was open for questions prior to my first interview. Jim replied quickly to all questions via phone or email as well. Great experience with a recruiting company!

They buy your email address and send you spam. Boo. CORRECTION: I was contacted by Lindsey Morrow, of Morrow & Associates, who explained that instead of buying email address to spam people, they instead took my email address from a LinkedIn connection and without permission added me to their marketing lists. The definition of SPAM. This rating is based on my very limited, but very impactful experience with this organization.
