If you receive an email or phone call from TRC Staffing. RUNNNN! My goodness never have I ever dealt with a staffing agency that's so unprofessional and uncaring! This company needs to be put out of business! Olivia was the worst recruiter ever! I literally went thru hell and back with this company. The only good thing is I received an offer for a full time position that I was contracting with. They saved my life from this raggedy unprofessional agency.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Pleases people find a new way to look for work theses people are Crooks they will lie to you and play games. They don't pay on time very inconvenient do not work with Andy Youumans or Lydia buckler they will work as a team to lie to you only respond when it in they best interest. Very unprofessional people. These people reached out to me regarding a job and they had me very excited when it came to finally getting my foot in the door when it comes to a certain career path I wanted to pursue. I did the phone interview and sent the recruiter my resume, the next steps were to secure an interview. Well, that never happened and though I've tried to reach out I never heard anything, no update, no nothing. Playing with people in the middle of a pandemic is absolutely disgusting, low-down, and unprofessional. I've always hated working with staffing agencies/recruiters and this is the exact reason why. Unprofessional behavior and ghosting people YOU chose to reach out to is rude.

Had an interview with Anna a few weeks back for a position that I didn't get which is fine. However she stated she will keep in touch with any other opportunities. I'm learning with these agencies you have one shot and after that they kick you to the curb and you never hear back.

I would highly recommend this place. Miss Karla long will bend over backwards to find you a good job and you would actually like. She definitely would stay by your side every step of the process, she always make you feel like she cares and she always has ur back and she always put you in Position to Succeed. Let me start out by saying, I have never seen a bigger internal turnover in any company that I have seen at TRC. They are consistently letting go of good talent or the talent is leaving the company due to tremendous amount of stress and lack of communication. They like to operate quote on quote "lean". The amount of pressure one individual goes through at this place is beyond tolerable.

Someone should really check the climate of this place. No wonder they are losing all the good employees. Management feels like they can express their personal feelings out loud about former employees to where it feels like they will do the same with you if you decide to leave. Very poor professional culture. I don't blame their employees wanting to leave.

They have great assignments, but you do have to be weary of the people that you work with on the assignments. If you value the job itself over your self respect, and you are willing to go through anything just to keep a job then you will be fine. In reference to the DUNWOODY location: Once you report a problem, they do not advocate for you. They seem to want you hushed and out of the picture.

I was subjected to some pretty harsh verbal and emotional treatment on my assignment. I reported this both to the onsite human resource and my TRC representative. I received better empathy from the jobsite HR. The onsite HR also confirmed with me that I was not alone in my complaints. Call me crazy but I do believe in professionalism and fair treatment regardless of what biased opinion you may have for someone. ( I strongly feel like I was judged by this location in particular due to my name and race.

Like most uneducated groups of people I feel as if they took one look at my name and formed an opinion. If they knew better they'd know that my name means something. much like the names of many people from different cultures. I believe they took one look at my name and thought ghetto black girl. I have never been in the ghetto. my mom is bi-racial, my dad is Dominicano, I grew up upper middle class so. yea. ) The first interview was pretty nonchalant at best, the representative seemed completely uninterested.

They screwed up my first paycheck. They ran a background check on me TWICE. I have never even been ticketed before. I'm college educated. I have an extensive skillset. I catered my resume to fit the jobs they offered. I have never felt so dismissed by anyone in my entire work career. They didnt even try with me.

TRC is a consistent entity to work for due to the courteous staff and their passionate desire to provide steady employment across the board. During my first encounter, I met with Recruiter Chris and he was the professional of all professionals. His demeanor displayed caring and eager to see me successful in my job search. He was also very polished and knowledgeable of the pertinent information that he provided.

So if you are in the job market and need a trustworthy source, then TRC will meet your needs. This is why I gave them five stars because of the stellar quality of service they provide.

My experience with TRC Staffing is and was a great experience. They provide exceptional professional virtual world to your hiring process to make things smooth and done in a timely manner. I happy with the goals they set and the standards which made be wanted to be and continue my values and theirs as well. Kudos to Pamela Williams. she responds to each phone call and when she says she will follow up she sticks to that. Thanks TRC! YOU ROCK!

It is the worst staffing company I have ever been to. The person took my interview is very RACIST. I passed all their requirements and test online, but he said I didn't pass. He was very pleasant to all the African American candidates. But towards me, Indian, he was very rude. His name is Christian Croft. He told me I should go to other staffing company.

I applied to this company over 6+ years ago. I know I am qualified for any job available. One time I called one lady told me they could not hire me, yea she was a white lady. I don't never remember working for this company so why they can't hire me. I do not have a bad background neither, so what is the problem. I never understood this company. So I stopped applying to the jobs they had listed. This needs to be checked out and corrected because this is definitely discrimination. "They receive a Zero Star"

An utter waste of time for a mediocre staffing agency. Inconsiderate to applicants' time, should've been told the objectives and the type of applicants that the company was looking for "posted" position, while being sent a request to interview on the same day of applying and cancelling other important opportunities. Arrived at 1:14 pm, I did not start the interview and testing process until almost 2 pm.

This is with no other applicants in the office. Passed a serious of "battery" test and provided copies of personal identification, only to be told that I would not be a good guy for the position for being too "mellow" and not perky enough. Was told I should try another branch to see, if they have any work, available. Seek out more willing staffing agencies with more positions to offer and actually put some effort forth for the applicants.

The Vice President of HR and the owner of TRC agency were the best of friends. It doesn't pay to address concerns to either because you will lose in the end. The best part of getting a job through TRC company was they connected me back with this company. I should have known something was wrong because the original secretary did not train me before leaving the company.

Also she only stayed for one year and five months. I walked away with small sum of money, but what I enjoyed the most was the companies benefits. I made sure I used the company flex spending for a full year on my bad back the company caused. Too much favoritism with the company VP of HR and the owner of TRC. Keep seeking better agencies like Accrue Partners they are the best.
