The team at Executive Alliance is A+. Vice first approached me through LinkedIn. Initially, I was a little hesitant. Just an overall bad experience, I really felt like i was being talked down to and felt as though I was being blamed for mistakes the recruiter made. There were very important details that were not brought to my attention before wasting my time and moving things around to schedule an interview. They ended up just completely wasting my time while also talking down to me in a way that was just very disrespectful. Any question I asked after they dropped the ball was answered in the exasperated way you would answer a 5 year old. Would not work with them again.

I've known many of these people for years now and they are always responsive and reliable. @ScottPassesser will pick up the phone day or night and provide a list of opportunities or just some guidance when someone is facing difficult situations in their career. He's also your biggest cheerleader when you do land a new position.

Companies and candidates alike - don't trust this company. One of their recruiters, Rob, reached out to me about a position. We had a brief conversation and then he ended the call by saying "I'll get back to you, even if the company isn't interested. I'm not one of those recruiters who will just go dark on you" and then. he went dark on me.

They approached me regarding a prospective management position, and scheduled a phone screening with their VP, Scott, who abruptly, arrogantly, dismissively and rudely cut off the call on the third sentence, followed by his subordinate getting on the line to tell me that Scott, without explanation, ended the phone conversation they scheduled because Executive Alliance just now discovered that the position did not include relocation.
Aside from being plainly inconsiderate and disrespectful, this interaction reflects a total lack of professionalism. Candidates beware! This group will treat you like a lowly commodity not worthy of any human respect. These head hunters would rate negative stars if that was possible.
