CTS Staff is very welcoming and professional as well, the times I was without work and will apply at CTS they never failed me and always found me something right away, they've always took care of me and I won't hesitate to be back thank you all so much gladly appreciate it!

The first things they asked for when I stepped in the door for "an interview" -- NO JOB OFFER HAD BEEN EXTENDED -- were my identification and social security card. I told them that I was pretty sure that it is illegal to ask for these documents unless a job offer has been extended and they need them to complete the I-9. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. In this day and age with identity theft, you can't just hand over your information to anyone who does not yet have a legal right to ask for it. RUN!

I was without work for a long time until I visit CTS. The staff is very friendly and professional. After I went through some tests they got me a job almost immediately. They took my personal needs into consideration and now I work in a Company very close to my home and this short-term job will become a permanent job that ultimately was what I was looking for. DON'T APPLY HERE.The job you you originally see posted doesn't actually exist. I applied for a warehouse position and after spending 2 hours filling out paperwork just for them to offer me a job that I had no interest in. On top of that they gave me the run a round with that job. Give it a few days BS. Never heard back and that was 2months ago. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

California Temp Service, is a great company to work for. When I needed work they found it ASAP, and always helped with any questions or concerns. Friendly girls in the office.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Not doing this to be petty, just doing this to warn people, since no one in the reviews warned me. Do NOT go to this agency, all they've done is waste my time. They'll have you come in & spend 2-3 hours doing nothing but filling out paper work (W2s, Employment History, Social Security, signing contracts, etc.), Spending over 45 minutes taking very unecessary tests that don't even pertain to the position you previously applied for, & then at the very last 3 minutes of having spent almost 3 hours here, they finally get to the fake interview & all they'll say is "It should take 2-3 days for the background check to come back" & when you ask about the position you applied for, they refuse to give you any information on it.

What a total waste of my time & for any one else that is in desperate need of a job. I have absolutely no criminal record & i passed all of their ridiculous testing, but when I tried to call back after 3 days, they lied saying that they could not verify my work history & requested a check stub. I sent them one, & they did not respond back to me. After that, all of my emails were ignored, & when they finally did get back to me, They told me the only positions they had open were "Senior Level positions that require me to come in for further testing".

I declined doing any further business with these people. I repeat, DO NOT COME TO THIS AGENCY, chances are, the job posting that they advertise is just a decoy to get you to come in & register with them. Thats how they get paid.

I went here about a month ago looking for warehouse type work and spent about 2hrs going through the process of filling out paperwork so California Temp agency can help me find a job. Since then I have had no help getting a job, not even one phone call! But then I go on "IndeedJobs" and they are putting ads up about warehouse work! Like what heck Instead of putting new ads up about job opportunities, why don't you instead reach out to individuals such as myself for the job opportunity smh! Never go here it's a waste of time.

This place is terrible terrible terrible. I was finally given a assignment after 6 months of being signed up with them. I Sent off to do a drug test where they cut a good chunk of your hair. I was told the job id be starting was gonna start will began soon as they got the word. I was never called so i had to call them. I spoke with my rep and she said everything was good and i passed the drug testing and they were still waiting on a word from the job.

That was 1 and a half weeks after. i called back 1 week later and got sent on a run around when i tried to speak to my rep. Shes in meeting, oh shes at lunch, oh shes actually on vaction. Never received call about the job so i pretty much got my hair cut for no reason. This place is a joke and i dont understand why they are still open.

My friend and I applied here and they had said they would call us both back within the day or next day and NEVER returned any call Just total B.S, unprofessional "service"

I was hired on the 1st assignment Dawn at Cal Temp sent me to. After finishing my hours with the temp agency I am now a full time employee with benefits. Highly recommend.

Garbage Company, run by young females, if they don't find you appealing they won't send you off to work anymore or anywhere lol. Very unprofessional, I tried quitting several times, apparently, "I am not allowed to quit." WHAT THE HECK? LoL, they send you off to work for a bunch of older depressed gentlemen, then, since your not TECHNICALLY hired directly, you can get fired for just pissing the wrong persons off. to the temp company, "being fired from a job" means they never call you, yet they save you as an employee in case they are ever desperate to use you again. Terrible.
