Brian Lee is amazing at what he does. He has assisted our company over the years with many temp positions in our time of need. Recently he provided our company with two direct hire employees at multiple locations and the process was not only smooth and flawless it was so quick and effortless as well. In the past, temp agencies made you feel like they were trying to extort as much money from you as possible, whereas Brian was a true collaborator in helping us find the right fit. A Team Staffing sent me to an assignment with known high turnover. I was tasked with a workload for three different positions, and the client did not want to hire more people to handle the workload. The client was also using software from the 1990s, and had an extremely inefficient filing system. When I was unceremoniously terminated for unspecified reasons, A Team Staffing made me mail back the building/parking pass with my own stamps and did not reimburse me for postage.

Brian and Tania are the sweetest and best people to work for! I tried this out and they gave me jobs immediately. I am so lucky they helped me out because this opened amazing doors for me and I couldn't be more grateful for them. Thank you A Team!

If I could give a zero star I would. Called for Brian and Tania would not send the call to him. Instead attempted to conduct a telephone interview. News flash, if you are going to talk to someone in the real estate mortgage industry at least know what you are talking about. She clearly didn't know her stuff and tried talking over me. She is unprofessional, rude and dismissive. Oh, and it's not just people without jobs that engage your services. Staffing services should be kind, patient, attentive to their clients. Horrible experience. Would never use your services because of her and neither recommend your services to anyone.

Great people at A Team Staffing. I was placed in an assignment right away. I felt they as if they cared about me right from the get go, I wasn't just a number. Brian was always cheerful he listened to what I wanted and knew the right questions to ask me, which resulted in being placed with a company I truly love. I was only hired as a temp, which turned into permanent a better position and of course increase in salary. No glitches with payroll or anything else, they always kept their word. They will call you to your cell, and if you do not answer the call - then your workplace /assignment, just to ask you how things are going with you and how you feel about your assignment, regardless if you're busy on the job. Pay for 38 miles (one way) = $16 @ 37.5 hours - They knew my expectations and they LOW BALLED me to the extreme. DO NOT WORK HERE UNLESS YOU LIVE WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. THEY WILL FIRE YOU WITHOUT REASON AND ON THE SPOT.

Try getting hired through the company or by networking through someone that is already working for the company. A Team Staffing is NOT the agency to settle for. Good Luck and hope your experience isn't as bad as mine was for the year I worked with this agency.
