*Typing Certification* Came by this location to do a quick typing certification, they were able to assist me right away. For $20 I was able to complete my test within 20 minutes. They were able to print a certificate for confirmation for me to share with anyone if needed. Staff is super friendly and nice. Place was empty, quiet with 2 staff working, or more, I did go in during lunch hours. Parking is shared lot in the back, office is located within the plaza - lower level. Highly recommend giving them a try if you were interested in getting a certificate.

Zero starts if I could. I got as far as the second interview and waited three weeks for a follow up. I took the initiative to reach out to Loretta and I I got back was, " sorry, I assumed Brian would reach out to you". Then I text Brian and he nonchalantly replies, " sorry. Things got really busy and fell through the cracks". Not an ounce of respect or dignity. All you are is dollar sign to them if you go here to seek employment. They honestly don't care and it shows.

Great working with Olympic! Very responsive and helpful team members. They also guide you step by step in your hiring process to make everything smoother and to get you started right away!

From the first phone call I was so impressed by this place. It was my first time through an agency and I am very happy to have found this gem. Lisa is my staffing agent and she has been incredibly helpful. She has such a positive attitude to make you feel comfortable and is on top of finding the right place. She found me a job pretty much immediately and I've been working with this job since December. Lisa communicates everything with me and if she can't someone else from Olympic will make sure too. Another reason I was so happy is they all seem to genuinely care about you. They all are wonderful here truly. Thank you all so much!

PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND DIGNITY. WORST STAFFING AGENCY. VERY unprofessional you're just a cash cow to them. Client offers way more and they want to pay you less than minimum wage and if you don't accept that they will slander your reputation and bad mouth you. DISGUSTING PLEASE STAY AWAY from people like this!

Everyone here was amazing! Eren, Anna, and Lisa were the agents that took care of me while I was looking for work. They are extremely professional, attentive, down to earth and really went out of their way to make sure I was well informed and ready for my interview. I really appreciate that they took the time almost everyday to reach out to me and touch base on the status of a certain job I was applying for, as it was a position I really wanted. I never felt like a number with them like at most other staffing agencies and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing work!

The 2 ladies were so helpful and very encouraging. I walked in to take a typing test and was greeted by Eren who was so helpful and motivating me to get the best score on my test. Thank you so much Eren

It's been several months and no call, nothing. Very poor communication on their part. I always have to initiate a call or email and every time it's a "sorry, nothing yet." How's that even possible? Waste of my time. Do they get kickbacks for applications they collect that have a TON of our personal information? Because that's certainly what it seems.

They were nice. But as a source for helping you find temporary employment, they've been useless. If you want to go to a place where they get your hopes up but do not deliver, this is the place for you. Useless staffing agency. Consider yourself warned.

They are very good at forgetting about you if your availability isn't standard business operating hours. Not ideal for college students or those with other commitments.

These guys helped me get a great job. They really care about their people and make it easy to "test drive" a new employer and maybe start a new career.

Looking to apply for a new job and a couple of positions require a typing certificate. I am so happy to have found this one because the employees were really friendly and set me up with a list of codes to begin the test. You can take the test up to three times and each session has two warm ups and the timed test is 5 minutes. Once you're done, they'll review your score and you can pick the one you're satisfied with. They'll give you three copies and send one to your email!

If you need to come back and retake it for whatever reason you can do so within the 12 months of your initial test without an extra charge. It only costs $20 which is money well spent if it's for a better future.

A great staffing agency with passionate people who will work with you to get you that great job! Highly recommended!

We use Olympic Staffing Services for all of our event needs. Mike and all the people at Olympic Staffing Services are very friendly and helpful. They have high quality rentals and are always willing to find random item that we request. I rented a small order of tables and chairs for a graduation party. The chairs and table were in great condition.

They were very flexible with pickup and drop off time. We loved the family feel of a rental company! I would absolutely recommend them to friends, family and other event planners.

Loretta and Michelle have been very helpful in the process of me changing careers. I appreciate the help.

Poor communication skills and unprofessional when you are finally able to get a hold of Eliza. If they know the person is not a good candidate, they should be upfront about it and not waste people's time.

Olympic Staffing Services assisted me in finding a new job! I was nervous as I was at my last employer for several years but, they prepared me for my interview and I got the job! The staff was very helpful and professional. I did have to test on MS Office and they were nice enough to send me the results. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a job!

After putting me through an extensive testing and application process, these women did nothing about placing me for a job. "Call us every week to check in" they would tell me, but they never called me. They made like they were going to help you, but never did a thing. They just lead you on when you are vunerable, giving you hope that they'll find something for you but could care less. Terrible place. stay away.

I needed to take a typing test and I love that I can just walk in and knock it out. I will use them again to update my typing certificate.

I am very grateful for this agency. Lisa Escobedo went up and beyond for me after she interviewed me. She waited a month for me to finish at my previous job and still worked overtime to find the best job for me. I recommend Lisa Escobedo very much as long as you dress to impress and be very respectful she will do the same and will go out of her way for you!

This place is the worst to find a job, few of us went to Olympic staffing and did all personal information. All of would get not very nice people. Non of are to to old to work. They were hiring young. So all five of us is email BBB the Olympic staffing services is the worst place to get help for a job.

Only giving one star because I have to in order to leave a review. You go in and they are friendly and extremely positive. However; I can not tell you how many times I was told by Michelle, "Call me this afternoon" or "call me tomorrow" you would call, she wasn't available and your calls were not returned. (Way to many to count) I I was called about a job that was an hour and a half plus away from my house.

She had some guy from the Covina office call me about the job when I went to ask more questions about the job because if I was going to drive that far I wanted to be 100% sure I was told VERY RUDLY, "I wish I had known you weren't interested" and he slammed the phone down on me. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY! Not to mention when your thee filling out an application you learn everyone's business in the office because the girls are gossiping. Don't waste your time or resources! I did eventually find s job that is 3.1 miles from home that I LOVE, No thanks to Olympic Staffing!

Wow, I went to this place two months ago, and they promised they were going to find me a job. I have been calling each week but they seem not to care. Finally they called me after all those months, and they told me they had got a job for me I hope I get it

I have been working with Olympic Staffing since 2006. I have been hired on permanently by three different companies throughout the years. When the economy fell, Olympic was always there for me when I couldn't find any jobs elsewhere. I just recently hired on permanently at an amazing organization, where I will have many great opportunities for me in the years to come.

Everyone in the office is very helpful and listens to your concerns and needs. I will always be grateful for the amazing opportunities Olympic Staffing has provided me. I would highly recommend Olympic Staffing for temporary/temp to perm work, because in my case it has lead to several permanent/long term opportunities.

In my opinion this place is a scam. I was there years ago, paid their fee for the typing exam but was never placed on any assignments. At the time it was mandatory to get that typing certificate in order to be considered for any city hall jobs. I went to Hart Employment when they were located on Walnut then Colorado and now they're in Glendale, who does not charge and was placed on assignment with Caltech. I referred others to them who also got assignments without forking a dime over to the agency.

This place is okay. another hit or miss place. Only used it twice, first time for a 3 day job, second for Worley Parsons. Never got a call back from Olympic or Worley. I think people have better chances on Craigslist, Indeed, Monster, etc, etc. Don't think i would recommend or use this place again anytime soon.
