I was in need of obtaining a typing test certificate, Glendora Employment Agency was able to help me. This is my second time going to them for the same purpose; it was a last minute appointment and the lady I spoke with was able to accommodate me. Customer Service is excellent.

I came here for the typing test, matter of fact this is the 2nd time within a span of 6 months. Both time I was met with professional staff members, great attitude and was given very clear instructions on what to do. Due to scheduling conflict I had to re-schedule a few times, and GEA was able to be flexible and E-mailed with lighting fast reply!

Absolutely recommend this agency if you are searching for a job. I applied for a position that was posted by this agency on Indeed and was contacted within a few hours with information on how the agency operates. Elsa and Laura were both very helpful and communicated with me every step of the way. Overall the process took about a week for me and I appreciate their help in making sure I was matched to a position which I would enjoy. The agency is very organized and the onboarding process was extremely straightforward.

I needed to obtain a typing certificate (not online). Most places are not administering these tests during the pandemic. Laura was quick to reply. She got me in the same day and she was very careful following social distancing rules. It was $20 cash which I placed on the counter as she instructed. I was sent to a secluded and spacious area with a computer.

There was a container of clorox wipes so that you can wipe down your area. It was quick and easy and felt very sanitary and safe. They got this social distancing down and made me feel comfortable!

This agency is absolutely stellar! Great communication and wonderful staff willing to help you at every stage during the employment process! Definitely a 100% recommend to anyone having trouble with finding a job. I personally was assisted by Laura and she was absolutely fantastic. This is the only agency that is open for typing test. Due to CoVid, most places are closed; however, Glendora Employment Agency is willing to help out people during these precedented times. Once you are done with your test, they will print out the result and also email you a copy. Did I mention they have a friendly staff? Speak with Laura and she will squeeze you in if anyone cancels.

Reached out a few times to see if the agency had jobs, way before the pandemic sent them my resume. its been a couple of times I have reached out, & every time i would reach out (before the pandemic) they did not have any assigments available this is one agency that will not find you a job. Compared to other agencies I have applied they will be consistent, to see you are interested in positions they have available as well as your availability.

I can't say enough with the service I received at Glendora Employment Agency. Everything was easy and smooth from the time I called to get an appointment to take a typing test, to the time I finished it. During the Covid 19 the facility was clean and taking all precautions to keep us safe and themselves also. They also emailed me my results within seconds of being done with the test. Thank you

Glendora Employment Agency turned out to be a very subpar job agency. It's empty promises and even if you're qualified with a college degree, don't expect any job assignments here. They don't even reach out to you about any new job assignments for placements like they say they will. You have to keep reaching out and contacting them out it if you really want a job from here, temporarily or not.

And don't get your hopes up too high. Job placement here is mainly for temp-to-hire jobs and they usually want you to start immediately, so definitely not convenient if you are working a part-time job elsewhere while looking for a career field entry-level position. After my prior higher star rating of this job agency, I truly don't recommend this agency to any job seekers after my disappointing, annoying experience here. Although. I'm keeping it at a 2 star rating minimum ONLY because I got a very brief temp office assistant position at a caregiving company, which is at least a sliver of experience to add to my resume.

As far as I can tell, this is an agency, in Glendora, that has employees. Great name for the place!

I emailed them to schedule an appointment and I got a response within an hour. if you get the voicemail, leave a message, lunch is from 12-1. Very happy with the service I got here.
