For Arlene R. Mazzotta, a career in the staffing industry wasn't necessarily what she envisioned when she returned to the working world in the 1960s, after taking time off to raise a family. You could say it was by chance that she found the path which led to a long, successful career and the creation of one of the most successful employment agencies in Connecticut. In the 1960s, Arlene was hired by a staffing agency, Ritta Personnel, and the personnel business, as it was called then, just clicked with her.

My experience with A.R. A. R. Mazzotta send me on an interesting interview that was interesting. Unfortunately the state shut down the next. The job they found for me was no interview and I started in two days. No fuss no muss. It should last a couple of more months. This is the only temp agency that actually got me a job so I'm happy.
