I was connected with Reena through a friend as a referral for a new job. This was my first time working with a recruiter and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Reena walked me step-by-step me through the entire process from helping me to prepare for interviews, to providing support and confidence boostIng phone calls. I have now accepted a dream job at the top company in my industry. I would HIGHLY recommend working with Reena for anyone looking to work with a recruiter.

Reena reached out to me about a Solutions Consultant position. Throughout my whole interview process, I worked with Reena mostly and Caitlin towards the end. I know they are teammates so I'm sure there was a lot of collaboration going on in the background as well! Working with Reena, to get the position that I now have, was like working with your best gal pal honestly. Reena would give me tips on confidence and have little touch-base pep talks with me.
We would also catch up after the interviews to sort of break down what happened, how I felt, and what to do next. Reena was always present anytime I needed her. Always a quick text message or phone call away. Overall, I just felt very supported and that definitely helped with each interview I had. I have already referred two amazing candidates and I hope to continue collaborating with Reena more in the future to bring on more amazing people.

Kailee reached out to me about a process engineering position. I was immediately interested and decided to work with her and Hobson Associates to apply and interview for this job. After a little over 2 weeks, I had a job offer I couldn't be happier with. Kailee and Diane made this whole process so painless that it feels like I didn't do anything at all. I couldn't be more satisfied with how everything worked out.

Got a call from one of your recruiters today saying they had me as a professional reference for someone. Which I do take seriously and try to be prompt at returning those calls. When I called back, they were trying to recruit me. I don't like deceitfulness-- just save us both time and be transparent, if I am looking to make a switch, I'll call you back. If I'm not, maybe I won't. I seriously question their integrity if they are going to be this dishonest in a phone message.

I'll admit first and foremost that I haven't had a great history of working with recruiters -- and so my gut feeling when I received a LinkedIn message from someone at Hobson was to ignore that message. However, I went against my guy, and here we are. On Dec 2, 2020, I received a "spam-like" personal message on LinkedIn from a Partner and Associate Manager at Hobson Associates, alerting me to a prospective job in a challenging role on the front range of Colorado.
To clarify and emphasize that again -- I didn't reach out to this recruiter, rather HE reached out to me. I couldn't ignore the fact that I was a little bit intrigued, and so I replied and began a dialogue with this Partner and Associate Manager -- which entailed sending my resume and having a brief phone conversation on Dec 4. I heard nothing for a while, and reached out to said individual yet again on Dec 14.
He replied that I had indeed been presented to the prospective employer, and that he was working on securing a phone interview later that same week. I never heard anything ever again -- and at that point I didn't even bother to follow-up any further. I lost interest and frankly I lost faith, and I likely should have known better from that initial "spam-like" message I received.
It's situations like this that really make interactions with recruiters absolutely baffling! I understand that they're working for (and paid by) the prospective employer -- and not the prospective employee -- but I can't wrap my head around how they think it is even remotely professional to just drop off the radar they way they do, when they're seemingly no longer interested in a recruitee. It should be noted that the employee reviews for Hobson Associates on Indeed and Glassdoor are not exactly promising either.

Working with Diana Saucier could not have been better! She helped me work through an arduous process of multiple interviews at multiple locations. Even when I had about given up, she pushed through and encouraged me to continue, ultimately landing me the position I was looking for at the company I wanted with 99+% of my desired salary! 5 stars is not nearly enough! Once again, thanks Diana!
